it's really unfortunate too because if you search "fake news" on google it definitely directs you to articles about how to spot fake news and they all like to regurgitate that the internet is the primary source for fake news and to not trust the content shared on facebook by your friends and peers, but they are basically trying to discredit the only way we can get the truth out.

When people tell me they experienced excessive force from police during a BLM "protest" , the first thing I ask was what was happening, why did the cop use force on you? were you peacefully refusing to disperse after being warned they will start using force? Were you innocently standing by when people around were inciting violence and escalating the situation? If that's not the case, and you got rodney kinged then I apologize and I am sorry to hear you had to go through such a brutal experience, but if that WAS the case, kindly fuck off... you waive your right to protection once you are refusing to cooperate with authorities, ESPECIALLY MID FUCKING RIOT. Many people around my area thought police took things too far when people were hit with non lethal bullets and tear gassed but yall MF's lit police cars on fire, robbed a bank and looted small businesses all over the city so yeah, if you wanna stick around that's on you but don't cry to your liberal echo chamber on FB when they fucking gas you and arrest you because you can always look around and think "nah, I'm not a psychopath, I'm not going to act like one and get myself hurt or arrested." The best way to avoid that is to separate yourself from the people who are destroying everything thing and hurting people. Just like if I was protesting and someone started to get violently racist for no fucking reason, I'd unalign myself with them IMMEDIATELY. and encourage people to follow my lead because logically you don't want to associate yourself with things you arent cool with.
