Back when Al Gore was fighting to remain relevant after his stint as VP he was running with his global warming gloom and doom movie An Inconvenient Truth. He was globe hopping in huge jets, and always had a ensemble of security and servants that traveled around in large black, gas guzzling SUVs. A study was done comapring his home with George W. Bush's.
Al and his wife had this huge mansion, and a large guest house that ran enough electricity in a month's time to charge a small town for 6 months. Bush's home was not only smaller, but actually energy efficient and ran just a tenth of the power Mr. save the world buying my carbon credits Gore did. The hypocrisy of the environmentalists is staggering. Like so many people wanting to run everyone else's life all the very expensive solutions they have to imagined problems they always want someone else to pay for.
