Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Although I agree with the assessment of the Supreme Court’s decision not to do their job, I believe the speaker misrepresented the charge of the Supreme Court. Instead of “final arbiter of right and wrong”, it should be “final arbiter of constitutionality”. Right and wrong is objective and is frequently determined by changing priorities, whereas constitutionality is objective and is their only standard by which they can make an unbiased decision (if they would actually do their job).

Yes, supreme court was created to be final place where constitution is protected in case all other checks and balances fail. And when they refused to even look at the case, they refuse to do the job for which they were created.
Yep, I think Roberts is history. It's only a matter of time. We have the goods. (Or, the bads as the case may be)

it's next to impossible to unseat any Judge
I don't know the dynamics of a Supreme Court Justice resigning but I'd like to believe you're right.
Im afraid that’s wishful thinking.
We have known for some time now that Roberts was a coward and misrepresented himself prior to joining the Supreme Court. Although I don't think, under normal situations, that anyone should take the law into their own hands, however, I suspect a concerted SJW approach to Roberts and his role on the court bench might be just what the doctor ordered. If the Dems can go whole hog on SJW ... then its about time we take up that course of action with this most despicable coward of a man.
