@Serg97 Sounds about right. Although I doubt it will be Trump, because according to breitbart, Trump to Visit South Texas in Final Days as President.

I doubt that he would plan martial law and announce such a trip.

As for Biden, it would just raise tension in a country that is still by and large armed and divided. Unless he wants a disastrous start of his term.... I doubt he will try that.

Probably just a rumor that like many rumors leading up to the January 6th didn't came to past.

@TimTuolomne After learning about the whole Qanon community that sprung and exploded from the whole lead up and aftermath of election, we must treat similar claims of undisclosed military secret sources with skepticism. At first I was misled by such reports , thinking that maybe there is something I don't know, maybe there is leak in information etc. At the time I was not familiar with this movement. But it seems that it was a way for people to find hope in rumor mill that spread like bush fire among many ordinary people struggling to find their identity in rapidly changing political landscape.

So I doubt these particular rumors are actually true, although I would like think Trump did more to prepare for what happened to him. As of now, it looks like he did not quite understand what kind of enemies he is dealing with or who are his friends and who are his enemies. In hindsight he spend most of his term in defensive mode and they went all into the offensive. He didn't have a secret plan and put all his eggs in one basket. Evidence of voter fraud, but the legal system is corrupt so he is now under full attack once again, the deep state and swamp is both afraid of him and possible second term but more than that they want to send a message that no one else dares to try.

And so they are pushing for narrative that patriot is terrorist, And just like after 9/11 they will try to use the incident they created of storming the capital, as a leverage to push for another "patriot act", except they will call this one "terrorist act" and go after patriots under narrative they are dangerous terrorists.

This is full on communist crackdown on any threat. Will they pull it off and what the response will be remains to be seen. But that story I trust. Trump preparing a sting op, sounds more like desperate attempt to hang on for false hope at this point, by people who are absorbing any rumor they can find and just go with it, combining it with other things, adding a bit of imagination and who new story emerged of Trump playing 4D chess. Personally I've never seen such a development in real time as this election, so I didn't recognize it when it was happening, but looking back that is how it seems. People need hope and if they can't get it , they will invent it. I wish it was true, while possible it is highly improbable at this stage of the game. I'm sad to say.

@Krunoslav still masks and the distancing. Otherwise its near-normal. Traffic is back. Malls and restaurants are open. Classes, however, are still online. We do have curfews. Our CV19 strain is more contagious between 11pm and 4am. This is in Cebu Island by the way.
