That way the boys can compete against the boys, the girls can compete against the girls and the 'Others" can compete against the "Others"!!!!
We can even have "Other " bathrooms!!!

I refuse to use and validate the term 'trans' as it implies a transition.
Since no sex can really become another, despite all hormones and surgery... I always say 'castrated drag queen with inverted penis' for the male version,
And 'double mastectomy hairy face butch lesbian' for female version
