There is plenty of despotism transforming America with godless impunity. The LGBTQ seeds and fruit are particularly perditious because in order for that godless lifestyle to be normalized, God’s Word must be diluted to irrelevance which places a target on Biblical Christianity. Two thoughts:

The Bible is not Gospel; the Gospel is Gospel. Too many Christians, IMHO, do not understand that the Old Testament consists of select documents from the Jewish Tanakh that is presented with the Gospel in order to provide context to world in which Jesus - a Jew - came into. If you call yourself a Christian, that tells me that you are interested in what Jesus has to say, not what Jewish priests, administrators, and historians had to say.
I loathe the phrase, "moral relativism," because it's used far too often to demand consistency of dogma, ignoring the fact that different situations call for different interpretations. It's also used to shame Christians who recognize the fact that we are each responsible for the disposition of our own soul and cannot take that responsibility on for others. For example, I am against abortion in principle; but I recognize that there are situations where it is a necessary evil (such as in the case where the pregnancy would kill both mother and unborn). Furthermore, I will not tell someone else they cannot have an abortion because that is a decision they must make regarding the disposition of THEIR soul. Faith means NOTHING if we do not have the free will to choose. I will happily talk with anyone who asks about why I think it is wrong, but I cannot, WILL NOT, rob someone of their free will to choose their path, irrespective of whether that takes them to salvation or damnation.

What is wrong with being godless? The US is a secular nation, with our most fundamental right being "freedom of religion" - which includes no religion. So you are technically anti-American if you think Biblical Christianity should be given authority in the country.
