If you thought legalizing weed would cut down on crime, think again. t did cut down on crime in a way—pot smokers were no longer being prosecuted for smoking, and some growers did come out of the shadows. But it also brought in the drug cartels who could hide their illegal growing operations amidst the tons of legal ones that sprang up. Studies have been around for many years showing the negative effects of weed.
These were ignored by pro weed groups. They ignored the data, let it sit unnoticed, then again challenged 'where is the problem?'...asked AND answered.
I already believe legalized weed is worse than useless.

I personally wouldn't classify weed as criminal on an individual basis.
However, it would be something light requiring studying a booklet and
taking a test on the booklet to erase the misdemeanor or whatever.
But drug cartels would be VERY CRIMINAL.

I wonder how rampant it is. I already do various studies and can't take on another.

I ALWAYS distrusted what could alter my own brain. Or DNA, RNA, so against
all drugs like that.
I've read weed helps medically. I'd find other things.

They talk about 'hidden in plain sight', and the connotation of 'weed' is
an unwanted thing to dispose of. So, people should consider that it's
maybe trash which hurts the brain.

Friends of mine, ex weed users said their former associates in drugs were
unclean, left trash everywhere. So, it's destructive to society.

There IS a lot of pressure and negativity now in daily living, and I see how
young people would do weed. We pray, praise the Lord for many things,
and lower the impact of everything around us.
Everyone needs to combat what's going on to keep emotional tone.

Here in Canada, the Chinese have taken control of some parts of the weed industry. They put out lower grade weed for super cheap prices. They were caught this past summer in the "pine resin" scandal, mixing pine resin with their shatter. They were caught using illegal chemicals in their THC crystallization process, which causes inflammation of the lungs if smoked.

All this was done in a market flood method during the pandemic. I know Trudeau was aware and chose to look the other way. Local growers could not compete on price however they still have the top quality bud but you pay more

Certainly doesn’t help when district attorneys willfully prosecute innocent citizens and intentionally refuse to prosecute known criminals.
