I suppose that depends on the definitions. The original National Socialists in times of Hitler, a) though of themselves as master Aryan mythical race, and b) they though Jews were a race as well. Technically speaking both are wrong. Made up "races".
Reality is that they were looking for any grand narrative to justify the superiority of their own "race" over everyone else. But its as much pseudoscience as is "anti-racism" or "transgenderism" in modern America. It does not stop the true believers to act upon the narrative, but in reality anti racism and transgenderism are made up terms and made up social roles that serve a purpose of being part of religious narratives.
All that aside, the fact that it is not rue, does not stop the believers from acting upon it, and in that context yes Nazis would be considered racist, but not really white supremacists. That is another American invention. White and black is more of an American way of thinking. In Europe its more like Ukrainian, Russian, French, German etc. So concept of White Supremacy really does not apply, its American idea.

@Krunoslav A few years back I worked for a large oilfield service company and worked with people from around the globe. We had a German administrator and a Russian geophysicist. Needless to say, they didn’t like each other. One time I had made an error and switched their nationalities on some paperwork. They were both furious. I had said, “Russian, German… German, Russian… almost the same thing …right?” Geeeez, did I get an earful.
@FEWI Hehe. Well I guess WWI and WWII in many ways were expansion of Germany and attack on Russia. Germany feels vulnerable in the middle of Europe and it feels Russia is its big threat. And So it tries to expand the buffer zone eastwards and in turn Russia feels the same about Germany. So the tensions are high. The most brutal version of this happened in Eastern Front during WWII. That was some of the most brutal and tragic loss of human life in whole of WWII. Nazis in Ukraine are not anti Jewish primerally. They are anti Russian. This goes back to WWII. Nazis treated Communists worse than Jews.
