The democrat party is the party of flim-flam founded by Andrew Jackson, a reprobate in his own right. But I digress, due to my personal disdain for Jackson – I apologize. Perhaps I’ll find the opportune time to expound somewhat on Jackson, but for now it occurred to me that democrats have done a bait and switch by misrepresenting precisely what this United States – or what it was intended to be by our founding fathers?

The United States is a Republic -- “a state in which supreme power is held by the people and their elected representatives, and which has an elected or nominated president rather than a monarch.” A Republic “…...with a certain equality between its members (citizens).” In other words, no ones person or their vote is vote is held superior or inferior to any other member (citizen).

A Republic, unlike a democracy which is basic majority (mob if you like) rule capable of minority oppression by the majority at any given time. For this reason the founders deliberately established our Constitution and the Electoral College between the majority and the minority specifically to deter that self same oppression by the majority being inflicted upon the minority – any minority. Mind you, nothing’s perfect, doubtful it can be this side of Kingdom come?

Think about it for just a second. The American Civil Rights Movement couldn’t have ever succeeded without those very same forethought of those founding fathers that established those self same safe guards, the Constitution and the Electoral College – not at all had the majority been allowed to DEMOCRATICALLY prevail!

The responsibility falls to each State in this union to protect its voting and subsequent Electoral Votes assigned the proportionate to its population. All the controversy surrounding the 2020 Presidential Election arises out of Pennsylvania et al failing in the duty conferred upon them. Look at it this way, if a particular State breaches it Electoral Duties they not only defraud their citizens, but they defraud the other States that did their duty? I believe that’s pretty much it in a nutshell? States are like partners in an enterprise – if one shirks their duty they harm all the other partners and the enterprise itself?

Democracies can be circumvented in many ways. One way of late is the mandate (I understand now ruled UN-Constitutional?) a certain number of women, or other minority, be seated on Corporate Boards. Socialist Feminism runs around squealing about some sort of glass ceiling preventing them from directorship – ludicrous. Directorships, or at least on all the Boards I’ve set on, are voted on by shareholders who vote the number (value) of the shares they hold in the subject corporation. TO DO OTHERWISE IS TO CRIMINALLY DEVALUE THEIR (shareholders) INTERESTS. Directorships aren’t decided/conferred by some good-old-boy schemes against women – they’re decided/conferred by rich-old-boys schemes to make as much money as possible? Give this some thought, just who do you think is being defrauded by the courts disregard of Marjorie Taylor Green’s right to due process? Oh yeah, it’s her, but it’s you as well as an EQUAL shareholder in this enterprise we call The United States of America – BECAUSE CHARGED IS IN NO WAY CONVICTED? To be ruthless about it, that’s the kind of thing spiteful circles of little girls do – not citizens or shareholder in this enterprise?
