Ancient cultures may have sent us a time capsule? Gobekli Tepe! Almost 12000 years ago great monuments were built, then purposefully buried to be unearthed at some time in the future. The conjecture of the symbols put the time for them to be unearthed comes within an 80 year period! 1960 to 2040! One could also wonder how it came to be found between those dates? Discovered in the 1960's? Or pointed out?

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Considering that the most accurate estimate of the time of the Great Flood was about 12000-15000 BC, and that the lifespan of people in those days is reported to be longer than it is today, it is likely that the people who built the city 2000 to 5000 years after the Flood were trying to tell us about the giants their grandparents reported on.

The Younger Dryas period was before this date. It lasted for 1000 years more or less. An epoch of extreme cold following a long period of of global warming. The Younger Dryas started suddenly with huge floods and planet wide devastation. A sudden return to a warmer climate was equally quick. And in this new warmer age Gobekli Tepe was built. Seems to Me that it would tell of those harsh times and how they happened. But the amazing thing! "It was aimed at this time"??

@FuzzyMarineVet The most likely cause of these massive floods was comet fragments hitting the ice caps and the remnants of that comet are still crossing the Earths orbit today. The story of Noah and the flood is world wide and I believe are a memory of time so terrible that those who lived though this time "Did Envy the Dead"
