First of all, I can’t bring myself to see in any way the appropriateness of family courts – period! There’s a lot more that can be said against them than for them. They’re not much, if any, difference between so called family courts and Adolf Hitler’s peoples courts of Nazi Germany?
But this post is strictly to point out the conspicuous disregard for fathers in such family courts – in spite of he being the party that has to pick up the check when it’s all said and done?
