A woman without a uterus is still a woman if she identifies as such but she doesn't have the biological function of one of producing life. Like a man is still a man without testicles but doesn't have the biological function of producing life.

Whether you a man or a woman is identity whether you are male or female is defined by your gametes.
I am intersex but identify as male therefore I am a man but not biologically male; However I could say I am for simplicity purposes as my hormones, secondary sex characteristics and possible bone structure and chromosomes are male. But by the scientific definition I am not.

Breasts are a female secondary sex characteristic there are even biological men who develop gynecomastia a hormone imbalance and have biologically female secondary sex characteristics like breasts but they are not women.

People with breasts are typically biologically female. And secondary sex characteristics and chromosomes relate to reproduction therefore part of what it means to be biologically male/female so not saying all trans people are bio female or male or all cis people are. People can be post-op, develop cancer or be intersex therefore mixing between sex characteristics such as having a vagina and XY. Cisgender just means you identify with your assigned gender, transgender means you do not.

Funny how we live a world where saying a penis is a biologically male organ or breasts are female sex characteristics is "transphobic". If penises where female why would transwomen want to remove them. Dsyphoria would not even exist.

I believe transwomen, transmen and biological women and men are different kinds of women or men. And should not try and force them self into cis experiences they have no experience of such as getting a period therefore are transwomen not biological women. And a cisgender woman doesn't have dsyphoria therefore is not a transwoman.

There are cases where this medical intervention is needed but because of the woke culture it's hard for many medical professionals to be able to tell who will regret it or regret not getting it.
