People supporting government taking over medical and giving out medical spending cards are either ignorant or or shortsighted and amoral (counting on the government taking more from others and giving it to them like some kind of “Robin Hood” association). As long as they get more of the loot than is stolen from them, the governmental theft is a good thing.

You've clearly never heard of a Health Savings Account before. I honestly can't tell if you are trolling or not. The Right froths at the mouth over their fake Communism fear mongering, it could go either way.
It's the old expression - if all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Well, all the Right has is fear mongering over some fictionalized "Communism" that no one in the USA advocates for (no, not even the most left-wing government officials) and which doesn't resemble actual Communism or actual Socialism in any way and basically boils down to anything that benefits poor or disparaged communities is bad while bailing out big corporations and billionaires is good.
HSA basically means you add pre-taxed funds to an account which can then be spend on healthcare costs. It is a common option in most insurance plans. I've seen your posts, you are one of those "all taxation is theft" people. So you should be all about HSAs. It basically gives you all the money you want for your health without taxes.
But of course you want to twist it into some government-regulated death panel review board allowance for however much they will let you be healed.

How an HSA works
After you enroll in a high deductible health plan and set up your HSA, you can begin contributing to the account. Advantages to an HSA:You own the account, not your employer. You can make deposits like you do with other personal bank accounts. Your employer might add money too.
The money you contribute is tax-deductible. When you make contributions, your taxable income is reduced.
You can invest your funds, and the interest or income is tax-free. The money can sit in your account and potentially grow over time, all of it tax-free.
There’s no “use-it-or-lose it” policy. Since you own the account, the funds roll over year to year and the money stays with you — regardless if you leave your job or retire.
If you’re under 65 and use the dollars for qualified medical expenses, you can withdraw the money tax-free.
If you’re over 65, there are no stipulations on how you can use the money. You can continue to withdraw the money tax-free for medical expenses. Or you can use it for non-medical expenses, just pay your regular income tax. Some people even view their HSA as an added retirement account.
And are you saying you save no money? Do you live paycheck to paycheck, spending every cent you earn as soon as you earn it? Some people like saving money, especially in a country where a small medical event can potentially bankrupt you.
