I want JBP to do a lecture on the hierarchy of the culturally "marginalized" victimization competing classes. Who's at the top of the heap in that particular subset of the general population. Is it Blacks? Is it Black female? Is it Black female queer? Perhaps it's Black trans, pan, undocumented immigrant, atheist, or Muslim...

Who the fuck has to go to an all girls school to figure out they are not a girl?? And so why don't you go to an all boys school? Would you not fit in? Is it because your not a fucking boy? Is it easy to be the most manly in a school full of females lol!
The whole trans thing has gon so over bored. I wish we could just acsept people for who they are without everyone feeling like they need to battle to be heard. With my physical disabilities and mental fogginess I've had all my life I know how hard it can be to make room for yourself around people determined to not alow you enough room. But these kinds of stories just widen the divide instead of bringing awareness to any problem, they are bringing discredit to the idea of even valuing an aposing perspective.
As for pan sexual, it has been around for a while, I first herd about it over ten years ago. I don't have a problem with it because I think it does cover an area that isn't specific otherwise. It may have some crossover into sapiosexual, but rather than intelligents the pansexual is drawn to who the other person is regardless of their sex or sexual identity. Like if you've ever had a friendship you thought, dam I wish I was gay, because of how easy and connected you could be to a fellow strait man. A pan sexual would be sexually attracted to having that connection rather than having the physical body of any given person. (Or at least this is my best interpretation of it)

@Boardwine What you posted is not news. Someone had to hunt down a random person who identified as trans in order to make a segment ridiculing them. The right is getting outraged about things like this all the time. All it takes is some random school to rename a winter celebration and all of sudden there is a war on Christmas! Try not getting outraged by how other individuals live their lives. It's a big country. One person doing something you find odd does not imply an epidemic of such behavior. Besides, try respecting people's freedom for a change. There are no laws requiring people to conform to Boardwine's cultural norms. MY INDIVIDUAL CULTURAL CHOICES DO NOT AFFECT YOU.
@WilyRickWiles the wrong individual cultural choices en mass will affect everyone. Catering to the smallest common denominator of any society benefits no one. To me, abnormal will never be normal.
@WilyRickWiles it is a slippery slope. Gasslighting is all about unbalancing what we percieve as reality. As we slowly get people to question details like this and what is or isnt acceptable, we are also opening ourselfs up to mass hysteria as people challenge themselfs and each other to change their own perceptions of reality. This can be small or big, it can creep in until we can't even recognize it for what it is.
The dangers can't be fully understood by people who haven't experienced the sort of effects I'm talking about. I would be surprised if anyone who has experienced this first hand would doubt the damage it could have on a global scale. Gasslighting does more than attack the week parts, it uses and abuses the strong aspects of who you are. It uses everything it can to shift your perspective for a specific goal or idea that has nothing to do with you. The gasslighting is all about taking boundaries and pushing them outside of your comfort zone.
I'm probably about as progressive as you can logicaly get, but when "progress" demands you discredit your own basis for reality, there is definitely something wrong. If everyone could live how ever they wanted, everyones ideas of reality would conflict with each other. We have to find a reasonable balance between subjective and objective perspectives that conflict with each other. That doesnt always meen turning a blind eye to facts or details you deem harmful.
