Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I can't say that I found anything particularly cringe worthy in this video, except for the poor kid running the table and his lack of preparation to engage the kind of arguments presented by the gentleman in the puffy coat. I give the students points for wading in on these issues but they definitely need to be better prepared. Studying the opposition would enable them to anticipate the arguments against their position and have an answer. Studying up on the basics of debate would be useful, too, as they would not be so easily distracted by straw man arguments or allow themselves to be manuvered into a defensive position. As the Apostle Paul advised Timothy: Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15) (Or, political points)

And yes, if we want an rpg and can afford one we should be able to get one. It was not really that long ago if you wanted a 30 cal machine you could buy one, and people did. But there were not mass shootings like there are today with all the idiot gun control they keep passing. Hell in my home town a man owned a cannon back when my mom was little girl. He would come to all the big events like Veteran's Day, the 4th of July etc and fire it off. He did not have to pass any kind of government back ground check yadayada. He had the cash, he bought it.
