Definitely. Being good is something we have to work at. Some folks need to work a whole lot harder than others too
@KCSantiago We are all descended from people who only thought about survival and very little else!
Now, when and if you threaten someone's survival (sometimes only in THEIR own mind) you had better be prepared to deal with it!!!!!!!!!!
It doesn't make them bad, it means they are human.
I speak from experience, 25 plus year in law enforcement.
@Serg97 I disagree with that idea. We are born into a fallen, sinful nature thanks to the whole forbidden fruit thing Adam, and Eve pulled. Just watching a playground of kids, and raising kids makes it clear our nature is not nice, goodness is something we have to teach, and learn.
@KCSantiago I did not mean people are bad, but they are naturally disposed to take care of themselves and theirs first. If we were not wired that way, the idea of family would have little meaning. And I understand raising children, I have 5 daughters! (Try that in a one bathroom house, then you will understand survival, LOL).
