There are MILLIONS of undocumented migrants in South Africa. Some say 1 in 5. At least half the population of Zimbabwe too. They just keep pouring over the border...and for decades...from many different parts of Africa.

In 2005 already Dep of Home Affairs reported that there were over 20 million more legal entries into the country than legal exists out the country between 1995 and 2005.
So from just legal immigration, there are over 20 million people not accounted for. Then you add the non legal entries. The current claim of a total population of 54 is nonsense. It is at least 80 million.
And they wonder why Eskom and public water is collapsing.
