It reminds me of the national Arts festival in South Africa in the early 2000’s.
White artists submitted artwork under both their real names and under fake indigenous names.
At prize giving it was very embarrassing when the judges kept calling out black names and whites kept standing up.
No prizes were awarded to any artwork by a white name.

Heard about this a week ago, forcing galleries Into taking poorer art just because the artists are female regardless of their actual artistic merit

its hard to believe the Limits they are reached. I keep thinking that they can't be this stupid and that its just a ploy, but I expect the reality is both. Many are that stupid.

The guys should say they are women. Problem solved per the stupidity of the museum.
