When applying statistics, the public doesn't realize how easy it is to utilize language and say one thing when the truth is the opposite -- the wording is everything and people are always falling for false narratives entirely due to the language of statistics.

This is a trailer for a 12 part series in ten minute segments that describes the history and present day practises of media. The programing of people to become consumers and obedient little wage slaves is something everyone need to understand if they are to break free from the indoctrination of their youth.
Intriguing.
As mentioned below, manipulation via the media has been fine tuned over many years of studying human responses to stimulii, particularly visual. I'm interested in seeing if Mr Smooth can accurately break it down.

After 50 years of viewing the media, I have long realized they have really worked with psychologists and other people who scientifically study being able to manipulate the masses. Media on all sides actively works to construct their broadcasts to convince people of their points of view. It doesn't bother me, but people just need to work see through the garbage and find the available information. Everyone has a point of view and most want people to agree with them. Just know how to watch without being fooled.

I was first introduced to this through a old video that was a part of a marketing class that dealt with advertising. I began to view ever type of media with a critical eye as to what other things I was accepting or being taught to believe. Understanding advertising/propaganda within all forms of media has truly changed my worldview.
