I have given this guy a few chances but its over i am not watching any of his future movies. He was likely an egg before Trump's election but pre 2016 i will still watch cause a few of them are good. But Alec Baldwin and De Niro get no respect crass losers, self righteous, self contented who havent made good movies in years.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I usually try to judge artistic endeavors separately and apart from politics, unless and until the art starts to merge with the politics (in which case the result becomes mere propaganda). In a sense, this is the same as saying I don’t put much stock in the political opinions of actors, painters, musicians, novelists, and poets. So, for example, Wallace Stevens wasn’t a better poet because he was a conservative; Ezra Pound’s poetry should not be dismissed because he was fascist. Sartre was a communist but he still wrote some intriguing novels. Now, of course, the biographical informs the artistic. But I don’t believe the artistic should be cancelled by the biographical, including the political views of the artist.

I agree, but with these two im sick of the mockery of everyday people. For me it taints their artistic work.
@Christian31 Yep. I get it. It’s hard to watch them now without cringing.
At this point there are only two movies with Deniro in them that I will ever watch again The Godfather Part II, and Goodfellas. Everything else will be just a memory. I have never liked Baldwin, or anything he played in all that much so no big loss there.
