When challenged about the way all the free stuff would be paid for, it was going to come from ordinary workers because Her Majesty's Collector for Revenue and Customs has neither the wit nor the will to pursue the high end earners.

Funny how she has fallen away from being a news story every day as she was for so long. I am guessing this fellow asking if AOC and her minions know what they are doing is just a rhetorical question. Obviously they have no idea what they are doing, other than just reading from the script their handlers give them. Theey do not know how things work in the real world either.
