Fund and promote quality conservative candidates to take their seats and EVERY SINGLE democrat representative seat. The democrats have so shot themselves in the (you name it) that EVERY ONE OF THEM should be vulnerable.
Obviously NY and California (and other left-wing pockets/districts across the country) MAY be more difficult to get Republicans voted in. But who knows what voters are ready for? No one thought Trump could win in 2016. Dems certainly aren't gonna volunteer to step down.
Trump will win 2020 in a landslide and MAYBE we can take back the House and win many more seats in a landslide, too!!
