So he's admittedly pretending to be a 6 (or 8 ) year old girl who has sex with a 300 lb biker dude that wants to wear his dresses while kissing him. Or put another way, he's a 47 year old man having queer sex with another man who is pretending to have sex with a 6 (or 8 ) year old girl. And all this is okay with his adoptive parents. And they don't mind their 7 year old granddaughter playing with him.
And he admits that if he can't live like that he'd need medication and would be suicidal. So he knows he's mentally ill and actually needs treatment but "playing" is more enjoyable.

Anything like that evr came near my children and I would call the cops to arrest me after the murder and go to prison with my head held high
