Just another example of the federal government hard at working wasting tax dollars so they have an excuse to steal more money from us. Lynching is already illegal, it is called MURDER!!!! Or attempted murder if you are not good at what you do. Either way, anyone caught trying to lynch another person will already have a slew of laws that can readily be applied to convict them of a terrible crime. So why waste Lord only knows how many millions of dollars on this stupid crap?!

I do not remember the details but there was something about this taking place right after Jussie was getting all the attention with his fake attack by MAGA hat wearing homophobic racists.
