How must it feel to be AOC, or Bernie Sanders, to have pushed relentlessly for government giveaways with an eye towards making more and more people dependent on them, and now realize that every check going out this month, to virtually the entire voting base will make people say, “Look what Donald Trump did for me.”
This will be seen as a textbook case of choosing results over pushing an agenda. Whether or not the tanking of the economy was necessary, once the decision had to be made, Trump owned it and pushed a virtual laundry list of leftist wet dreams without giving them an ounce of credit, or benefit. By seizing the initiative, he now gets to choose when to back off, and stays in control.

I’m saying that he’s as masterful a politician as Bill Clinton, who, when faced with the inevitability of Newt Gingrich’s Contract With America, adopted it, owned it, took credit for it, and reaped the accolades.. Politics is the art of blending the necessary, with the possible, and selling it to the populace. Trump has shown a clear grasp of all three.
The Sanders campaign was nothing more than a shill operation designed to push the already leftist Dem Party and its citizen followers even further to the left - it succeeded in doing that IMHO. No political insiders, no MSM organizations or "news" programs every took Sanders seriously - furthermore and more truthfully Sanders himself never had any belief nor intent of "winning" the Dem nomination much less the office of POTUS.
Dems are not going to have a Biden ticket either. Don't know who or how they will do it but by late September they will have identified and or named their "candidate".

The left is still bitching about loans and incentives for large corporations. But, who do they think employs the most people? Mom & Pop bakeries or pizzerias? Seriously, the left has been trying to aggressively tank the economy since before Trump took office. And Trump, in his usual style, took control of the pandemic chaos and is leading America with style and his own form of "grace".

Yes INDEED, that is what I have been saying here. Those give-away grandstanders with pork back slabs of rotten bacon socialism have been put back in the pig pen. They need to go back to their Mansions on the hill and AOC to her dive bar and vainly mix up some new potent cocktails to try to destroy America. Trump plays golf and chess on their hairy anti-American leftist backs and gets a big laugh as he does it.
