It's a little unfair that slug only allows four group you can make. So i made another account to firther progress. This is my first post to get on track, so then i thought I'd give you another post.

I plan on making many other groups, what dumb restriction is that only four groups, I want to make bunches, like health, left handed peoples.

I've just been itching to express my knowledge in health and fitness. I don't even have a degree, but i would bet that everything that you know about the body is wrong, and you'd be impressed with at how that much that I know about the human body.

I don't know like, like, i mean what is the point of boosting immunity, you're immunity is always subject to change depending on what's in the body, your whole entire immune system depends on the fact that you're gonna get sick, you don't need to boost immunity if you're not sick, your body already has the ability to overcome any sickness despite what immunity level you have, boosting it unless once you're sick will not help you, your body uses the immunity that it has you're not boosting your immunity, there's only so much that an immune system can do at one time, when you're thinking you're boosting it, you're not, no, all that you are doing is decreasing inflammation which sets loose the immune cells that were busy fighting other illnesses, it's the only way to get the most from the immune system not what you're putting into your body.

If you boosted it, like if it really worked that way then your sickness would get worse not better because it's because of these immune cells that it signals for your temperature to rise, it only does because it's reacting to how hot your body is which sets how much of these immune cells are activating this response, or youd overheat and therefore die.

The secret to getting over illness, is this, reduce inflammation as much as possible and to then heat your body as much as possible, you're not sweating because you're hot it's you're sweating because the body thinks that it should shed mass by shedding water and it only does that because you're sick, that is why you don't sweat when sick and you only do when you're sick and you wake up because your temperature is naturally lower than what it should be when sick, if you heat yourself then it allows, for, your body to use more of its immune response which is to heat you up in order to let the heat inside out while keeping the heat on the outside out while it's fighting the illness.
