The whole organization has also become dumbed-down, largely run by indoorsy people who barely know how to pitch a tent. Lots of dad "Scout Masters" trying to baby their sons through to Eagle so they can put it on their resume. Talk to guys who got their Eagle in the 1990s and it was an entirely different kettle of fish. This also reflects America becoming a more sedentary, Disneyfied society.

All this reaction where the media acts like there is this epidemic of murders of Black men, where the stats simply do not show that. The media highlights 3 or 4 of them and every organization bends over backwards to it. This article shows the typical media spin.

I could list 100 names hear of White people killed n borad daylight that this so called journalist won't even mention. I can post a famous one that happened not too far from me.
