If you were looking to move to a new town, what is the most important thing you would look for?
Employment, Education, Natural beauty and resources, friendliness.
I grew up in the Midwest. Now. I live on the east coast near NYC. I'm moving to a southern state so I've been going down there for logistics. I forgot, how kind and thoughtful people can be. I didn't think it mattered but good manors and common decency make your life better. It's not all about the money.
Diversity and inclusion......haha...no really, moat depth and wall height!!
I checked all of them off, which describes my home Spartanburg SC, I moved to from NJ 42yrs ago. I would add one additional requirement, that the town be governed by Republicans not democrats. Democrats have superior election techniques, but govern poorly once in office.
Climate was a big factor for me. I don't want to use any energy for heating or cooling.
Freedom matters to me, so I had to leave the USA. I am off the grid. Here I can build composting toilets, live on rain water, have no outside electricity. I can raise animals and sell eggs and meat.
Why did Brian Fey go to Mexico?
Tour of my place:
Economic opportunity. Good schools. Favorable demographics.

Posted by CourseofEmpireThe vast majority are vaxxed. This can’t be the unvaxxed who are mostly dying. Remember, they are a few months ahead of the Northern hemisphere.
Posted by CourseofEmpireAwesome 😂

Posted by CourseofEmpireAny cause. This is an amazing vaccination, you are almost invincible if you get it, everyone (except a few little side effects and such)! 😂
