I agree that the United States is headed for a breakup. Unfortunately, I think that it will not happen without bloodshed and major social upheaval. My own home state, Tennessee, is for the most part conservative except for its two major metropolitan areas, Nashville and Memphis. If, say, the south formed its own country, I doubt the people living in these cities would be very happy about it and would probably resist rather than leave. The south also has a belt of counties with a black population greater than 50%, and they would not be happy living in such a country. Drawing borders to accommodate these groups would be a challenge, to say the least.

I'm not sure if any other part of the country would have so difficult a time as the South were they attempting a negotiated separation along ANY set of social, political, ethnic or racial sorts of lines.
If a government was established which ended all handouts to minorities and enforced the immigration laws, It would soon be rid of the undesirables. They would naturally gravitate to the areas who allow for those things until they destroy it.
I don't see it as Balkanization as much as it's a quarantining of those who are bleeding America.
At this point, the entire country is being bled to death. It would be much preferable to establish a region in America for productive, law abiding people with a government which represents those people. Have another for the parasites.
I doubt if it could be constructed as a total ethnostate. But by virtue of its culture, it would be predominantly Caucasian.
Once we separate we can do Greg Johnson's Slow Cleanse. There is no need for violence, in fact violence will decrease with Separation.
