Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.When the US was founded in the late 18th century it was built on a revolt against monarchic suppression of colonists rights but it did not advocate the dissolution of monarchy and fully cooperated with the British crown in establishing the Monroe Doctrine which could not have been instituted without the might of the Royal Navy. From the French Revolution forward the standards of tradition embodied in monarchic societies have steadily eroded as monarchies slowly -and sometimes rapidly- have been replaced by dysfunctional republics, democracies and plebeian dictatorships. Republics don't last; even Plato's ideal failed. Democracies devolve into tyrannies of the majority - mob rule, and dictatorships while frequently experiencing great popular support almost universally devolve into nightmares of suppression and suffering for their citizenry. Monarchies have been subject to their own failings no doubt, but in the best traditions the monarch is clearly responsible for the welfare of the entire citizenry and the great kings made their subjects prosperous. I think most monarchies have been felled by little minds that fear natural hierarchies because they produce winners and losers. It's just more of the politics of envy.
The five men shown here seem to me to be opportunists who used the destruction of tradition to further their own globalist ambitions; and perhaps useful tools of the CFR and the Trilateralists as well. Global government as a goal can only be good for the government; not for the governed.

I guess you are a fan of Alexis de Toqueville, who accurately predicted the failure of our Constitutional Republic, because eventually the dumber half of the IQ curve tries to vote themselves all of the goodies, and the power-hungry progressives are only too happy to oblige, not a bit concerned that the gravy train must end soon as the means of production eventually disappears, as it has in every socialist nation in history, because the power hungry always end up in power, and end up with the vacation homes or dachas, no matter what system.
Those of who understand the unique value in the original Constitution, watch in horror as we are ignored, our Constitution is shredded, and the greatest nation on Earth is reduced to a banana republic.

These people had a hand in the downfall but I think the country had problems before them. I think letting all these commies in schools, teaching children. The left got there hands in everything and people were complacent. I think it's hard to point out just one thing.

it’s never just one thing, that would be to easy to figure out, it must be kept complex. However, things just don’t just happen at random. There is always an agenda and a plan to get you there.
I agree with you Sacha. We, the people were happy, wealthy well beyond World standards and complacent, and let all of this stuff happen. Its squarely on our us and our families before us for not insisting that the Constitution be upheld and defended.
@TimTuolomne It's sad because so many people don't even believe in the Constitution and want to see America transformed. Things are so much different even from when I was a kid.

That's a fair point, but when basically normal honest people are being duped by con men, you can hardly call it complicity. I know it seems like we just lay down and let it happen to us, but really, it was a set of tactics which most people were completely ignorant of. So I can't really blame people for falling for it. It was designed to be fallen for.
@curvycom the level of deception is simply beyond most people’s imagination because, for them, it is unthinkable to sink so low.
@JamesWallace Yes! Exactly my point. This is why I'm more forgiving about stupidity coming from Hollywood actors. These are just ordinary, though very creative people. It is their Marxist Handlers--many of whom are paid both by them and by leftist organizations that train and fund them--that are to blame for the nonsense coming out of Hollywood.
Sometimes the Handlers are not successful, and/or are found out. In the Biography "Tough Without a Gun," Humphrey Bogart" is shown to have been quite upset when he discovered how he was duped by leftist operatives. It's not widely publicized, of course, but he did make a public statement denouncing such people and their attempts to deceive him and a number of his friends..
Two key occurrences come to mind. 1. Allowing science to usurp God. 2. BS PC culture that has empowered the radical left to muzzle anyone not willing to ascribe to, nevermind challenge the increasingly nauseating narrative.

The corruptible nature of man - human frailty is immutable. Therefore all of mans institutions though noble they may be in their geneses, are doomed to eventual collapse and utter failure. Makes me think of "The Second Coming" by WB Yeats. "...the center cannot hold..." because in the tragic play this is mortal material existence where God is arguably absent or perhaps indifferent mans attempts to better himself and to aspire to righteousness can never achieve such heights being mere mortals.

You have made a good point. This World is broken, and is not basically "good." God is good and is now understood as absent, even though some of us know in our bones he is not absent, just letting us choose our destiny.
I know exactly how it happened. 1942, Wickard v Filburn. Segregation. Affirmative Action. The LRRA. Obamacare. The American people asleep for all of it, and the politicians above either complicit or so gullible as to be unaware of what those Acts meant. And today only a tiny fraction of the public is smart enough to get it, and almost none of the public are even aware. Most of the public has never read the Constitution, and are absolutely unaware of why it was written or how it applies today. All of that is sufficient to end our Constitutional Republic. Those who don't get any of this will eventually, when it is no longer possible to restore it, and they will understand what they have done.
