I've noticed more and more instances of double standards and I don't understand how this is legal. For instance in Oregon Whites need to wear masks but Blacks don't. Another is you can threaten White people on social media platforms but if you criticize other races you're banned. I thought this was illegal or is it now legal to discriminate by race.

The tragic reality is that we are living in a time of "un-equal" Justice. The blindfold has been violently ripped off the face of Lady Justice - the scales in her hand is woefully imbalanced.
Application of The Law and other Regulations is now arbitrary and subject to the whims of activist, anti-American politicians and Judges.
These are dangerous times much like the early 1930s' in Germany leading up to the rise of the 3rd Reich. Here in 2020 United States however, it is not the Jews, the Gypsies, the homosexuals, the Blacks - Brown skinned peoples who are threatened - ironically is is that particular set of people who are tacitly (almost explicitly) demanding the elimination of White, Christian, Middle Class, heterosexual people written law notwithstanding.

Free speech is often the purview of the provider of the space it happens in. In the public sphere, it is limited by the mob. In private spaces, by their owners. So double standards persist and yea, are basically legal 'out there in the wild'. You have enough free speech (always) to point out double standards.
I tend to just laugh at the people using them.
