I believe it is true that a majority of Democrat voters are voting FOR Harris.
JacksonNought comments on Oct 23, 2020:
As someone voting Democrat, I disagree. A good many of them, being moderates and centrists, are voting for Biden because they like him and his policies. And another good many of them, myself included, are voting for him to get Trump out of office.
JacksonNought replies on Oct 24, 2020:
@tracycoyle not sure what you mean by your Trump statement? Are you saying he didn't ignore his promises? Where are his tax returns? Where is his health plan? Where are his term limits and draining of the swamp? When is Mexico paying for the wall? Why isn't Hillary in jail? Do you really think Trump cares about anyone but himself?

@dmatic he has bragged about intentionally walking in on naked minors before. He has commented sexually on underage women. He partied with Epstein. He told underage girls he would eventually be dating them. There are mountains of more compelling evidence of Trump being a pedophile or sexual abuser than there are of Hillary Clinton or Tom Hanks eating babies.

@tracycoyle you do realize many Republicans did not want Trump. Most people wanted Marco Rubio or Ted Cruz. And yet, even not joining in the cult of Trump, they hated Hillary just that much that they voted for Trump - or rather, against Hillary. With our current two-party system, it is really vote D or R or throw your vote away. You can disagree with Biden's policies, but still see them as being better than Trump's. It's more like going from 100k job to take an 80k job instead of begging for change on the street. Or buying a cheaper car or an electric car rather than hitchhiking.

JacksonNought replies on Oct 23, 2020:
@dmatic keeping an open mind is fine. But much like what happened in the Satanic Panic, are you going to destroy peoples' lives and lock innocent people in jail for decades because some anonymous people on the internet accused them, without any evidence, of horrible crimes? Occam's Razor comes into play here. You may have your own opinions on Q, but the majority of followers parrot the same narrative. Is it really easier to believe that Hillary Clinton is on video eating a baby in *frazzled.rip* (despite the fact that .rip files are audio only) and that elite Hollywood celebrities and members of the DNC are torturing children in Satanic rituals to harvest some chemical they could just buy? Or is it easier to believe some anonymous people on the internet are spouting off ridiculous conspiracies most likely in an attempt to smear Trump's opposition and left-wing people in general? As I say in my article, the parallels with the Satanic Panic are ludicrous, as if no one remembers that era, and how peoples' lives were ruined based on either faulty or non-existent evidence, all of which has been debunked. And as I also said, the big Q narrative that Trump is a mastermind trying to end corruption from within is one of the most mind boggling of them all, as he has certainly engaged in some seedy pedophilia-level behavior before.

Occam's razor - It makes more sense that this is a smear campaign to support Trump rather than an actual cabal of adrenochrome harvesting Satanists. @dmatic Conspiracy: an evil, unlawful, treacherous, or surreptitious plan formulated in secret by two or more persons; plot. Theory: contemplation or speculation. Conspiracy Theory: a belief that some covert but influential organization is responsible for a circumstance or event. About Epstein, I don't have full knowledge of all the events, but he seemed to be a wealthy elite running a pedophile ring and being protected by high ranking members of government and high society. After finally getting arrested, he died mysteriously, and many people believe he was killed so he couldn't rat on important people. From my perspective, all sorts of people cavorted with him - Clinton and Trump included. I have no doubts that there are elites out there engaging in despicable acts, including child abuse and trafficking. Once you throw in some wacko theory about Satanists and adrenochrome, or Trump being mastermind sending out coded messages and trying to take town corruption that he is very much guilty of, you've lost me.

@dmatic that is quite literally what QAnon is about. It is a conspiracy theory that the Democratic party is full of Satanic cannibals who are trafficking children and conducting Satanic rituals to harvest their "adrenochrome" which acts as tonic for immortality. It says that Pizzagate is real and they were operating a trafficking network under a DC area pizza restaurant. It says that JFK Jr is still alive and hiding behind the scenes to infiltrate these networks. It says that Trump was ordained by god to take down these people, and that quite literally *everything* he does is some sort of 20D chess move to combat them - the Russia probe was a cover so he could recruit Bob Mueller to fight on his side, any time he slurs his speech or makes a typo on Twitter it is actually a coded message to his followers, etc. That is what QAnon is.

I don't believe Trump is a Nazi. I do think he is a malignant narcissist and loves praise, and cannot bring himself to indisputably condemn or denounce any group who he feels supports him, which is why he dances around the white supremacist / Nazi questions. Tell him that a Christian charity organization is supporting Biden, he will find a way to insult them. Tell him insane people are accusing Democrats of eating babies and saying Trump is a messiah, he will pretend to know nothing about it and say well they sound like they love America. I do think he exhibits anti-Semitic behaviors, and regularly engages in dog-whistles. Having Kushner in his administration doesn't change that. He has an unhealthy obsession with his daughter Ivanka, and will do anything to please her. His nepotism knows no bounds, as he forced through rushed security clearances for Ivanka and Jared, and has his administration violate the Hatch Act in endorsing Ivanka's products and forcing through trademarks for her with the power of his office. He does seem to throw huge tasks on Jared, such as peace in the Middle East, so if I put on my tin foil hat I could say he is setting up Jared to fail so he can blame Jews for not getting the job done. There is also the whole "Christian Zionism" case that many Christians only see Jews as a means to an end - that Trump moving the embassy to Jerusalem is an attempt to satisfy evangelicals who want the city to be controlled by Jews in order to fulfill Bible prophesy for the second coming of Jesus and the Rapture.

You said "the end game of the progressive left in demanding open borders and free-for-all voting is to completely devalue citizenship and achieve their 'one world' concept." I asked about the official party position. Even if you aren't saying "every" progressive wants this, you think it is the "end game" characteristic of the "progressive left" and therefore I am asking for your reasoning / evidence to say this. I am a member of the progressive left, and I don't want open border or free-for-all voting. I can't think of any progressives who want illegal immigrants to vote. So I am asking why you said this. If asking for proof is "dumb" then I guess I can say the end game of the conservative right is to install a theocracy and throw all non-Christian non-white people into internment camps. And I guess I don't need any evidence to back up this statement.

I 100% believe the medical industry is a scam. You will get charged thousands of dollars just for being wheeled to the curb, or for getting a pen to fill out a form. That is why we need significant healthcare reform. I am happy you were lucky enough to get a mild case and overcome it, others (over 200k) have not been so lucky. And many people won't even be seen by doctors until they are in the worst of it, unlike Trump who gets flown to the hospital and given experimental treatments as soon as he coughs, all at the taxpayers expense (of which he isn't one).

@KanjaG Republicans had a history of anti-Catholic bias as well, as they notoriously attacked JFK for it, bringing up the whole "allegiance to a foreign power" question. I personally think questions on religion are valid. It isn't necessary to mock someone's faith or have a bias, but questioning if someone has an allegiance to their religion over their country is something that needs to be asked. I see often people says "god, country, etc... in that order" or "god first, then country". If someone's religion dictates that they treat the legal system as a means to "building the kingdom of god” and their faith says homosexuality is a sin (whether Christian or Muslim or any others), isn't it fair to ask if they commit to following the Constitution and legal precedent rather than trying to "legislate from the bench" as many conservatives speak out against to force their religious views on the country? We already see two justices writing about overturning marriage equality. Asking someone to answer these questions before getting a lifetime appointment to the highest court in the land is more than fair. I always liked this clip from The Newsroom when it comes to questions politicians make on faith: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLE_upB3e64

@Krunoslav gender and sex are not the same. With that, you show you are faulty from the start. If we are talking sex / biology, a man is one with male genes and reproductive organs, and a female is one with female genes and reproductive organs. A man could get get testicular cancer and need them removed, at which point he needs to take testosterone supplements to regulate his hormones - would you no longer consider him a man? A woman could get a hysterectomy and a mastectomy - would you no longer consider her a woman? This also stays the same no matter the presentation or role the person plays - you could have a female who comes across as a male with short hair and baggy clothes and whathaveyou, but they are still a woman. You could have a male who comes across as a female, maybe even they perform drag or cross-dress, but they are still a man. And going even further, simple XX or XY genetics aren't the be-all end-all, as there are other combinations and variations. https://blogs.scientificamerican.com/voices/stop-using-phony-science-to-justify-transphobia/ https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/sex-redefined-the-idea-of-2-sexes-is-overly-simplistic1/ Then if we are talking gender, it is a social construct. Think about how people throw genders onto non-humans all the time, such as with ships or cars. Why can't we give the same consideration to people? If we are talking gender and society, a man is anyone who identifies as a man, a woman is anyone who identifies as a woman, and then there are people who don't conform to a binary gender system. This doesn't mean we automatically need to start letting people into domestic violence shelters and sports competitions and everything, but if we could move past the bigotry (and it is mainly religious bigotry, but you'll have non-religious bigotry as well) then we could actually start having a real conversation about how to properly accept trans identity into modern life. Why would I put my real name here, as a liberal on a primarily conservative site, so people could target me in the real world? I doubt your name is real either. Why are you so concerned about American politics and culture if you are based in Croatia? Is that your real face in your avatar? No I am not trans. But just because I am not part of that group doesn't mean I can't champion their freedom and rights. I am also straight-edge, but I advocate for marijuana legalization. I've seen you converse with TheMiddleWay before on the trans topic. He has said it better than I, yet you still deny facts. Sex and gender are different - gender is a social construct. @Krunoslav what is your obsession with John Legend? What did he ever do to you? You really seem to hate him. Other than thinking his "sexiest man alive" title is wrong, what do you hate about him? How is it only because of diversity and inclusion? If you are so concerned with "SJW" then why not criticize Dwayne Johnson in 2016 being the first non-white winner in 20 years, or Idris Elba in 2018? Why not criticize the boiled-potato Blake Shelton winning in 2017 in order to be "diverse and inclusive" of non-liberal-elite rural conservative Trump supporters? Political correctness and factual correctness are not mutually exclusive. For example, it is not politically correct to claim all black people are genetically less intelligent than white people. But it is also not factually correct. It is politically correct to say that homosexuality is not a choice, but it is also factually correct. @Krunoslav "Stealing urinal from the local bathroom and writing something on it, is neither skillful, nor is it genuine, or even original." Exactly. That happened in 1917. So why are you complaining about 2019 as if it is suddenly a new concept? "...this is common Marxist tactic, use children as shield for political agenda so its not civilized to criticize..." and you don't think conservatives use children? How many times do you see children at pro-life or Trump rallies holding up signs, which they clearly have no idea what they mean? How many times are children forced to undergo religious indoctrination? Like I said before, it is a problem when you disagree (Hogg) but greatness when you agree (Kashuv). You have no actual evidence that Thunberg is being controlled by some "globalist" so until you have actual fact-based evidence, it is nothing but conspiracy and conjecture. Again, you seem to agree with me on the point of the Person of the Year, yet you are only complaining about 2019? You are factually incorrect on transgenderism. That is all I will say on the matter. JacksonNought replies on Oct 16, 2020:
@KanjaG I hope you are right about Barrett actually being impartial and following the Constitution rather than injecting her religious dogma into decisions. It can be a concern, especially after Alito and Thomas recently commented that marriage equality should be overturned because some religious people disagree with it. I am 100% against ramming Barrett's nomination through right now because of hypocrisy surrounding the Republican's blocking of Garland in 2016, but I can accept her credentials. If Trump wins the election, I will be fine with considering Barrett, but I will not change my stance that there should be no hearings in the middle of an election. As for a woman's right to choose, I have no problem with a woman choosing to stand with pro-life organizations. But I do have a problem with using religion to try and justify legislation to take away the choice of others. That is a big problem I have with the pro-life movement. I used to actually be pro-life myself, and I tried to join in rallies / protests, but I was never a Christian. I asked groups if they could tone down the overt Christian religiosity in their message and to try and appeal to science, especially because it would be more inviting to non-Christians. I was basically told to go F myself, and they didn't want anything to do with me because I was not Christian. It definitely soured my opinion of the movement. There is a big hypocrisy problem with evangelicals, especially in pro-life movements. You have people protesting *Cuties* and making up conspiracies about child trafficking and pizza restaurants, and talking about Democrats and Satanic rituals and adrenochrome. They think Trump is their savior to combat child abuse. Yet Trump himself bragged about intentionally walking in on naked minors at a pageant. Evangelicals don't seem to have a problem with child beauty pageants. There is a big problem in the USA with child-brides, and 13 states in the USA have no age limit for marriage, meaning a family can marry off their 8 year old daughter to a 40 year old man. And typically, especially in religious scenarios, sexual contact with a man and his child bride is ignored since it is between married couples. Before Tennessee set an age limit of 17 in 2018, girls as young as 10 were married in 2001. Just last year there was a bill in Idaho to end child marriage and make the minimum age 16, but the bill died, with a Republican lawmaker saying it "went too far" and another saying they were concerned about "sanctity of family". You have evangelicals claiming to be pro-life and wanting to end abortion and protect children, but they just want to ban abortion without doing anything that has been statistically proven to actually reduce abortion rates. There are several US states that do not ...

@Krunoslav **Art** You are making exactly my point with your art comments. A lot of it is social commentary, and yes what you can get away with. As I said before, it is subjective. In ancient times tons of art contained nude figures, and then the world got more prudish and it was seen as lewd. You have movements such as cubism and surrealism and abstract expressionism and pop art. Art changes with the times. You may not like it, but I don't see why you feel like 2019 was any different than other years when it comes to art. **TIME** Again, Time's Person of the Year is someone who made an impact. It doesn't matter who they are specifically, or if you like or dislike them. A lot of people, you included apparently, seem to make personal attacks on Thunberg because of her views. She certainly elicits a strong reaction from you. You cannot disagree that she has made an impact, regardless of whether you see it as beneficial. Who is saying she is the "best humans can produce"? Again, Hitler and Stalin were once the POTY. Would you say they are the best humans could produce? It is about impact and infamy. The Me Too movement was POTY in 2017. Trump was in 2016. The Pope was in 2013. Obama was in 2012 and 2008. Zuckerberg was in 2010. Were you okay with all of these? Why is 2019 any different? I wonder if you would attack Thunberg or make up conspiracies if she was advocating for anti-trans topics, which you seem to advocate? I see this kind of thinking a lot from conservatives. Take David Hogg for example, one of the students at the Parkland shooting who became a gun violence activist. All I saw from conservative media were personal attacks on Hogg, and the concept of "why are we listening to a kid"? Yet when another Parkland survivor, Kyle Kashuv, came out as a conservative Turning Point advocate for gun rights, the conservative media lapped it up and raved about him and basically switched their position to "let's listen to this kid, he is the future". Well, I think Thunberg fits this narrative as well, where conservatives like to make personal attacks and dismiss her just because they disagree with her views. You make up lies about her being a puppet of globalists / the conservative anti-Semitic bogeyman Soros. You make up lies about her dropping out of school. You attack her autism as a way to dismiss anything she says. **Athlete** Again I won't touch this topic. You are entitled to your opinion. **People Magazine** John Legend's testosterone test? What the hell are you going on about? Even if you don't think he is "manly" that is once again subjective, and he can still be seen as desirable. Being a multi-talented EGOT winner doesn't hurt. @ktpinto of course it is one version of the story. You could also say the original statue is also only one version. Most things are only "one version" as history is often written by the victors. If you'd prefer a better source, how about Vice? https://www.vice.com/en/article/qvxwax/medusa-greek-myth-rape-victim-turned-into-a-monster Perseus isn't necessarily the bad buy, but he isn't a valiant hero. In the original statue, Perseus stands over the body of Medusa as he holds her monstrous head high in triumph. In this version, Medusa doesn’t hold his head up in triumph - she holds it down by her side, she is not proud, she did what she had to do. Medusa didn't go looking for men to kill, they came looking for her. Perseus didn't rape Medusa, but he still went to kill her. The point isn't that he was the original transgressor, it is just flipping the original statue on its head (no pun intended). What exactly would you say are her own evil actions? And what is your problem with #metoo? Some misdeeds by women excuses men trying to rape them or blackmail / blackball them with their power?

@ktpinto why would the examples need to be from a week ago? The OP is recent because Trump recently got COVID, and all of his followers are trying to act like it is the time to be civil. @Serg97 um... where are you getting your faulty info? Satanism is a non-theistic religion. Atheism isn't a religion, it just means you lack a belief in any gods. Satanism is a religion, which has a core set of tenets and ethics. Both can be used to describe someone. Satanism does not believe in any deities or any degree of supernaturalism. Yet again you engage in outright lies and libelous statements.

JacksonNought replies on Oct 12, 2020:
@ThomasinaPaine To briefly sum-up my past discussions on the matter: Modern day non-theistic Satanism is a religion without any worship, deities, or supernaturalism. It is not just Christianity but evil. We don't believe there is actually a Satan, the use of Satan is just symbolic as he is the ultimate rebel against arbitrary oppressive authority. It derives more from the Hebrew "adversary" and Romantic interpretation. It is a sincere religion, not just trolling or edgy atheism - atheism just addressed a god belief, but Satanism addresses other fundamental tenets and worldviews. To us it couldn't be anything other than "Satanism" - so we should not have to change our values or identities because some other religions get offended or try to discriminate against us. Some Satanists did come from Christian backgrounds and see it as a rejection of their indoctrinated upbringing, but not all - I myself was raised in a secular Jewish home. That's most of the issues thrown my way here. To address you comments about Satanic goth teens, well I don't have a problem with goths. I myself was a goth, and still am to a degree, and there is nothing wrong with belonging to a subculture or clique, no different than jocks or theater kids or preppy kids. The question about Satanism specifically is whether it is genuine or just rebellious. I can see moody Christian kids claiming to be Satanists to piss off their parents and community, and there certainly are a good amount of "edge-lords" out there who claim to be Satanists to get attention or to play into victim culture. Then there are the kids who maybe aren't Satanists but have that label thrown on them - in my personal experience, as a gothy kid in middle / high school, I was bullied and called a Satanist just because of my appearance before I ever even knew anything about it and while I still identified as Jewish. With The Satanic Temple gaining more prominence, it is getting more common for teenage "Satanists" to be more knowledgeable and actually identify sincerely as such, rather than just seeking attention, but those attention seekers are still out there. I am curious though about what music you are referencing. I see a lot of good music still being made today, though I do see many of today's youth going towards crap (in my opinion) like mumble rap and pop divas and whiny indie groups. I of course recognize that Abrahamic religions, while originating from a core ancient belief, can be wildly different based on geolocation and regional upbringing. That is why I called out Christianity in the USA as the main culprit of "freedom of religion" hypocrisy. I suppose I misinterpreted your query in asking about Satanic charity, I thought you were asking about Satanist engaging in charity, and so I shared several ...

There is no need to edit the post, as I did not write anything. It is an article I shared, and posted the body of. None of it contained my own words. If it is false, the article should make a detraction, or you can feel free to make a post negating this one. I am not sure I ever see other people, especially on this group, remove or edit their posts when proven wrong or shown to be using sketchy sources. I will note, the fact-check article Spike posted does say "an embryonic-derived cell line, albeit not a stem cell, does appear to have been involved at least in the early stages of Regeneron's testing process". You can take from this what you wish. As for your Satanist comments, I have commented on it more times than I can count on this website. Feel free to go through my comment history and you will find the answers you seek. If you think Satanism basing its name on a character that some religions believe is the epitome of lies, then do you think it would be fair to call Christians and Jews violent since they worship a god who has a long history of vengeance and murder? Food for thought. Also, Satanism is a non-theistic religion which does not believe in deities or any degree of supernaturalism. Satan is a symbol of the ultimate rebel against arbitrary oppressive authority, nothing more. The fact that it shows the true hypocrisy of Abrahamic religions, primarily Christianity in the USA, who claim oppression and promote religious freedom until its something they don't like, is just an added bonus. I am not quite familiar with Styx, I just know he is shown to be in videos often with Paul Ramsey - and knowing Paul I am sure I would disagree with him. As for examples of Satanists and charity work you asked about: Here is a Satanic group in the Philadelphia area who ran a campaign to help out the homeless - https://www.delcotimes.com/news/satanists-to-help-delcos-homeless-on-saturday/article_1489efd6-e254-11ea-9ef8-2ff37d8c9482.html - they are also currently running a campaign to donate to domestic violence centers.
