Time 49:48 Steve Pieczenik is mentioned, and to me the fact that all these Nationalists (Trump, Alex Jones, Pieczenik) are Nationalists is not news, but to claim that these Nationalists have all sold out to the Zionists and Israel is missing the point. The point that I think is being missed in this video (so far) is that previous to Trump and the rise of the Nationalists, there was a long run (at least Bush 1 through to Obama) of Globalist Empowerment. So the point pointed out with Trump, to me anyway, is what I call a War in Heaven. I think it is important to point that out because that fact (if it is one) leaves both the Globaists and the Nationalists less powerful as they empower themselves at the expense of productive people (moral people, honest people, natural people, people not yet fully controlled into being consumers of productive people: drones). So now is as good a time as any for the productive people to shed both FACTIONS, and return to Rule of Law. So...the biggest story is still the fate of Maxwell as potentially the first domino. To restate: Sure, the Zionist Faction is very powerful and working to gain more power over productive people AND Competitor Factions like China, U.S.A. Inc. (Nationalists), and Globalists Inc. (those currently behind the Global Treasonous Pandemic Fraud and the National Treasonous Subsidized Riots). Bad Actors: 1. Zionists 2. CCP 3. WHO, U.N., Globalist Inc. 4. Russia 5. Vatican (black and white Pope and Jesuits) 6. National and Global Central Banking Cartel The time now is the time to bring them all down, all that is needed is an event, such as a Trial by Jury Transcript where a Maxwell or other domino falls in front of God and everyone, naming names, showing videos, the works, much too much for innocent eyes, ears, minds, and souls, but those are the ones being eaten alive so...where are the good guys and gals, you know, the adults? All that is needed is an event like the following: "Plaintiff admitted that it, in combination with the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, which are for all practical purposes, because of there interlocking activity and practices, and both being Banking Institutions Incorporated under the Laws of the United States, are in the Law to be treated as one and the same Bank, did create the entire 14,000.00 in money or credit upon its own books by bookkeeping entry. That this was the Consideration used to support the Note dated May 8, 1964 and the Mortgage of the same date. The money and credit first came into existence when they created it. Mr. Morgan admitted that no United States Law or Statute existed which gave him the right to do this. A lawful consideration must exist and be tendered to support the Note. Time: 42:40 or so... PFC Bergy spoke: "You're destroying America's election integrity, literally the core of our democracy that so many died to protect!" Here is the the CORE thing. If it weren't a fraudulent government (but it is one) the name "democracy" could mean something worth supporting, such as The People governing the government through Trial by Jury, as reported here: "FOR more than six hundred years - that is, since Magna Carta, in 1215 - there has been no clearer principle of English or American constitutional law, than that, in criminal cases, it is not only the right and duty of juries to judge what are the facts, what is the law, and what was the moral intent of the accused; but that it is also their right, and their primary and paramount duty, to judge of the justice of the law, and to hold all laws invalid, that are, in their opinion, unjust or oppressive, and all persons guiltless in violating, or resisting the execution of, such laws. "Unless such be the right and duty of jurors, it is plain that, instead of juries being a "palladium of liberty "- a barrier against the tyranny and oppression of the government - they are really mere tools in its hands, for carrying into execution any injustice and oppression it may desire to have executed. "But for their right to judge of the law, and the justice of the law, juries would be no protection to an accused person, even as to matters of fact; for, if the government can dictate to a jury any law whatever, in a criminal case, it can certainly dictate to them the laws of evidence. That is, it can dictate what evidence is admissible, and what inadmissible, and also what force or weight is to be given to the evidence admitted. And if the government can thus dictate to a jury the laws of evidence, it can not only make it necessary for them to convict on a partial exhibition of the evidence rightfully pertaining to the case, but it can even require them to convict on any evidence whatever that it pleases to offer them. "That the rights and duties of jurors must necessarily be such as are here claimed for them, will be evident when it is considered what the trial by jury is, and what is its object. "The trial by jury," then, is a "trial by the country" - that is, by the people - as distinguished from a trial by the government. "It was anciently called "trial per pais" - that is, "trial by the country." And now, in every criminal trial, the jury are told that the accused "has, for trial, put himself upon the country; which country you (the jury) are." The object of this trial "by the country," or by the people, in preference to a trial by the government, is to guard against every species of oppression by the government. In order to effect this end, it is indispensable that ...

Time: 5:30 PFC Bergy (tweet?) "You're destroying America's election integrity, literally the core of our democracy that so many died to protect!" That is clearly psyop propaganda. 1. There has never been any integrity associated with fraudulently driven "elections" which "elect" a new despot to sit on top of a despotic (criminal) government organization (organized crime counterfeiting government) as explained over and over again during each cycle from Liberty to Despotism back to Despotism and then back to Liberty, most recently during the Revolutionary period. 2. The core of our democracy is a very twisted statement assuming that everyone within "our" has the slightest clue as to what is or is not "democracy." So...the "core" is clearly misinforming the general population so as to drive the general population in a direction determined by the people who operate that "core" principle: deception. 3. Since the Revolutionary War (or further back including the French and Indian War) and each "War" afterward in American history there is a massive transfer of power that just so happens to flow from those who are driven to war (to spread or defend a false flag such as "our democracy") to those who do the driving. Did you know, or you, or you, that the Central Banking Fraud Whore who taught the trade to Alexander Hamilton (another Central Banking Fraud Whore) refused to pay the Revolutionary War veterans while they raise taxes to destabilize and render those Revolutionary War veterans bankrupt so as to then take possession of their farms? That is a lesson Hamilton learned very well. I want to keep watching to find out what "Calls Out Alex Jones..." means.

That is a decent analogy. How about going a little deeper? Anyone game? Here is a pertinent find: Abigail Adams to John Adams Braintree, Mass., March 31, 1776 "I have sometimes been ready to think that the passion for liberty cannot be equally strong in the breasts of those who have been accustomed to deprive their fellow creatures of theirs. Of this I am certain that it is not founded upon that generous and Christian principle of doing to others as we would that others should do unto us. . . . " Since Susan B Anthony was charged with a crime for voting, when women were "not allowed" to vote in elections (a wasted vote) nor in juries where a vote actually counts. So women were like slaves in America until they gained an equal footing (Christian principle...) and once having an equal footing they then could defend themselves in matters at law: in Courts of Law. But that assumes that there are Courts of Law, which is a dangerously false assumption: boarding on criminal insanity. The Judges (not the people, including former or current slaves, and women) decide in Courts other than Courts of Law, while the people decide in Courts of Law, and if the jury is being stacked, that is a crime called jury tampering. Case in point: “A jury of twelve local farmers, all men and all white according to Levinson, rule in favor of Freeman in 1781, giving her freedom and awarding her 30 shillings in damages.” No women, no slaves, no black slaves, no white slaves (so-called indentured servants), just twelve local farmers, all men, all white, yet the Black Slave was set free in a Court of Law (suffering from jury tampering) and the criminal slave master was fined, apparently. No mention of a court date for the criminal slave master, along with another criminal case or two involving charges of jury tampering. I think that case was a "civil' case. So the analogy above in the video starts off with a Court of some kind, clearly not a Court of Law, as the criminals involved in the case are those who are guilty of infringing upon the natural right to publish facts: so-called free speech. A competitive analogy comparing with the Susan B Anthony analogy could be an analogy where victims of the Alien and Sedition Acts were tried in Kangaroo Courts for publishing facts about the criminals in the National government, such as the fact that the criminals in the National government were accused of infringing upon the natural rights to publish those facts: so-called free speech. The current Dictator on top of the Dictatorship (National government) Trump could pardon, for example, a historical figure in American history who was found guilty of "free speech." I find often problems with either my thinking or the thinking I get from listening to Jordan Peterson. Examples: 1. He says responsibility in context in which I am immediately inspired to say no. There is the ability to respond, and there is accountability, one is not the other, and it sounds to me like Jordan Peterson conflates the two into one, which in his words muddies the waters (self-deception, or failure to be accountable). I really like how Jordan Peterson asks the audience to think about that, and how he supposes that this or that is worth the effort to consider, both of which, to me, is self-imposed accountability. To express why I think the waters are muddied when conflating both responsibility and accountability as if it were one thing, I can say that response-ability is what someone can do as the present turns into the future. Someone is presented with a situation in real time and they have an ability to respond in those dynamic situations whereby the past turns into the future they have the power to affect. Response-ability is present tense phenomenon, where people act based upon many factors including instinctual responses, thoughtful responses, thoughtless responses, moral responses, amoral responses, immoral responses, etc. Accountability, on the other hand, is present tense phenomenon (the past is dependent upon memory and the future is dependent upon imagination/creativity) that looks into memory to judge the responses acted out by the actor acting out responses, or failing to act out responses. Conflating the two phenomenon into one, to me, tends to relieve the individual from accountability for both the credit earned by moral responses ("being responsible") and the credit earned by immoral responses (not "being responsible"), which then sends the thinking on a path looking for causes outside the individuals power to respond (response-ability) which is to reject the individuals accountability and place accountability external to the individual. Case in point at the end of the above video at Time 8:30 or so... "...he is carried by societal pathology..." There it is, the gun did it. The individual is not accountable for that murder, the gun did it. There it is, the ideology did it. The individual is not accountable for that ideology, the ideology carried away the victim. It wasn't a responsible Fox outfoxing a victim, it was an ideology that did it, so blame the ideology. There it is, not a gang of criminals accountable for using their criminal means (deception, extortion, aggressive violence) to consume their victims, it was societal pathology that carried away the victim who is accountable for failing to respond morally when facing clearly accountable deceivers.

This guy appears (to me) to be ignorant concerning the law, which is actually normal. At time "They do that typically to avoid embarrassment for the arrested person." That was in the context of arresting someone SUSPECTED of a crime. The problem with that is something called double jeopardy. Someone suspected of a crime, but not found guilty by a common law (independent) trial jury, is "innocent until proven guilty," which is an established common law principle. Supposing here that a counterfeit Grand Jury (not an independent common law grand jury, but rather a rubber stamp assembly hired by and directed by a counterfeit government persecutor) issued a summons for a court date for the accused, then, in that case, the next thing to be done is to contact the accused and invite them to State their case before a common law, independent, trial jury. Why did someone find the accused guilty of refusing the court date summons, which is a serious crime? Example: THE REVOLUTIONARY AMERICAN JURY: A CASE STUDY OF THE 1778-1779 PHILADELPHIA TREASON TRIALS Carlton F.W. Larson "The British occupation of Philadelphia was the seminal event of the War for Independence in Pennsylvania. Following Washington's defeat at Brandywine Creek, the British army entered Philadelphia on September 26, 1777. The Continental Congress and the Pennsylvania state government had already fled the city, and Washington would eventually withdraw his army to Valley Forge for the winter. Historians estimate that about one-third of Philadelphia's population, some 12,000 people, had fled the city in advance of the invasion. The state government, in exile in Lancaster, soon began hearing reports of Pennsylvanians who were actively aiding or joining the British army. In March 1778, the Assembly, with assistance from Chief Justice McKean, passed a law entitled "An Act for the attainder of divers traitors." The law named twelve prominent individuals who had sided with the British and required them to appear for trial by April 20, 1778. If they failed to appear, they would be deemed "convicted and attainted of high treason, to all intents and purposes whatsoever." The Act also authorized the Supreme Executive Council to issue additional proclamations naming persons who had joined the British army. Any such persons who failed to appear for trial would also be attainted of high treason. Although such conditional bills of attainder would soon be prohibited by the U.S. Constitution, Pennsylvania did not seek primarily to hang people without trials, but to seize promptly the abandoned estates of loyalists who had fled to the British. The law accordingly set forth various procedures for seizing the estates of those persons who failed to report for trial." The Law, which ...

"Given this capability, China, with its 2-million-strong military, might directly attack Taiwan, with a standing force of 220,000, hoping that the U.S. would stay out of the conflict. But the U.S. would have powerful reasons for not allowing that to happen. Aside from the destruction of a friendly democracy, a Chinese seizure of Taiwan would enormously expand China's power and position in Asia, especially if combined with its absorption of the entire South China Sea into its maritime territory. This would be a major step forward for China, now clearly a strategic revival and an enemy of democracy, in its goal of replacing the U.S. as the dominant power in all of Asia." Clearly the above is written by someone aiding and abetting false propaganda knowingly or not. The trigger word "democracy" fits precisely into place so as to inform the brainwashed that side A (spreading democracy) are the good guys, and side B (not side A) are the bad guys. Clue 2 (that the author is propagating a very specific false narrative): "Military analysts seem to agree that in the first day or two, there would likely be thousands of American deaths and the loss of billions of dollars’ worth of materiel." If people could take the time to study every war since the Revolutionary War (including that war, and even further back, such as the 7 Years War or French and Indian War), they could learn that some people profit from these wars, and those people finance (bet on) both sides losing. A way of seeing this is to look into the economic term "Selling Short." Since the event when M.A.D. became real the good guys versus bad guys narrative has been much harder to falsify (rationalize, or fraudulently justify) and "Wars" have become a more obvious profitable venture for those who cause it (finance it). Just look into the Korea War to see this, as neither side is "allowed" to win, and both sides are encouraged to prolong the very expensive destruction of lives and "materiel." Orders are issued to prevent a "winner," as exemplified in the order issued to disallow fighter pilots to engage enemy planes retreating into enemy airspace. If that is not clearly a "deal" made between those who profit from war (on both sides) so as to increase profits, then consider using your own brain to simulate what would actually happen if one side (armed with nukes) starts to lose the war. That moment of decision making never happened if you look into the actual facts when "U.S.A." decided to bomb Japan, which was one side "winning" and still "rationalizing" (justifying falsely) the employment of Weapons of Mass Destruction. Lies afforded the users of Weapons of Mass Destruction to do so, so that makes LIES weapons of mass destruction. Those who profit from wars (who ...

They had lower death rates, their hospitals were never over-run with Covid patients, and they have an economy to go back to." As good advice as this: Reclaiming the American Revolution: The Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions and Their Legacy by William Watkins "Second, federalism permits the states to operate as laboratories of democracy-to experiment with various policies and Programs. For example, if Tennessee wanted to provide a state-run health system for its citizens, the other 49 states could observe the effects of this venture on Tennessee's economy, the quality of care provided, and the overall cost of health care. If the plan proved to be efficacious other states might choose to emulate it, or adopt a plan taking into account any problems surfacing in Tennessee. If the plan proved to be a disastrous intervention, the other 49 could decide to leave the provision of medical care to the private sector. With national plans and programs, the national officials simply roll the dice for all 284 million people of the United States and hope they get things right. "Experimentation in policymaking also encourages a healthy competition among units of government and allows the people to vote with their feet should they find a law of policy detrimental to their interests. Using again the state-run health system as an example, if a citizen of Tennessee was unhappy with Tennessee's meddling with the provisions of health care, the citizen could move to a neighboring state. Reallocation to a state like North Carolina, with a similar culture and climate, would not be a dramatic shift and would be a viable option. Moreover, if enough citizens exercised this option, Tennessee would be pressured to abandon its foray into socialized medicine, or else lose much of its tax base. To escape a national health system, a citizen would have to emigrate to a foreign country, an option far less appealing and less likely to be exercised than moving to a neighboring state. Without competition from other units of government, the national government would have much less incentive than Tennessee would to modify the objectionable policy. Clearly, the absence of experimentation and competition hampers the creation of effective programs and makes the modification of failed national programs less likely."

The criminals claiming to be "Democrats" already prove (confess) their criminality because they hide behind a false front. They are Marxist/Communist/Satanists, a criminal organization, and as such they WILL VOTE the way all criminals VOTE, and their VOTES are always going to aid, abet, support, maintain, and sustain their criminal organization. With that in mind those criminals are in serious need of court dates where American Votes that count can be voted by each independent juror in each criminal case. To those who are still in the dark about this, all one has to do is read the natural laws (not statutes) referred to in the Bill of Rights. Any infringement of any natural right by anyone, including Marxist/Communist/Satanists members hiding behind the false front of "Spreading Democracy" as fake "Democrats" is a crime in progress, a crime scene, and the confession of the criminal is on their authorized paper work in fact. I know that few people have seriously questioned these things, fewer have any answers, but the above is simply factual, and if it can't be seen by someone, then that is clearly their problem. Perhaps they have been brainwashed. "The Six Purposes of Schooling" - John Taylor Gatto “Now you are ready to hear the six purposes of modern schooling taken directly from Dr. Anglisse’s book.” “The first function of schooling is adjustive. Schools are to establish fixed habits of reaction to authority. It is fixed habits of reaction. Notice that this precludes critical judgment completely. Notice too that requiring obedience to stupid orders is a much better test of function one than following sensible orders ever could be. You don’t know whether people are reflexibly obedient unless they will march right off the cliff.” “How can you establish weather someone has successfully developed this automatic reaction, because people have a proclivity when they are given sensible orders to follow? That is not what they want to reach. The only way to measure this is to give stupid orders, and people automatically follow those. Now you have achieved function one.”

The (natural) right of resistance goes back to Ancient times, it is not a new invention. From Trial by Jury by Lysander Spooner, 1852: "That this right of resistance was recognized as a common law right, when the ancient and genuine trial by jury was in force, is not only proved by nature of the trial itself, but is acknowledged by history.* *Hallam says, “The relation established between a lord and his vassal by the feudal tenure, far from containing principles of any servile and implicit obedience, permitted the compact to be dissolved in case of its violation by either party. This extended as much to the sovereign as to inferior lords. If a vassal was aggrieved, and if justice was denied him, he sent a defiance, that is, a renunciation of fealty to the king, and was entitled to enforce redress at the point of his sword. It then became a contest of strength as between two independent potentates, and was terminated by treaty, advantageous or otherwise, according to the fortune of war. * * There remained the original principle, that allegiance depended conditionally upon good treatment, and that an appeal might be lawfully made to arms against an oppressive government. Nor was this, we may be sure, left for extreme necessity, or thought to require a long enduring forbearance. In modern times, a king, compelled by his subjects’ swords to abandon any pretension, would be supposed to have ceased to reign; and the express recognition of such a right as that of insurrection has been justly deemed inconsistent with the majesty of law. But ruder ages had ruder sentiments. Force was necessary to repel force; and men accustomed to see the king’s authority defied by a private riot, were not much shocked when it was resisted in defence of public freedom.” - 3 Middle Ages, 240-2"

"The Founding Fathers saw a purpose in the Electoral College. It ensured that small, rural states would retain importance in national elections." That is roughly half true. The half false part is the part where a group of founders were against Consolidating the Federation of Independent States into one Monopoly of Power and Profit, whereby the other half of the "founders" considered the people as hereditary property. The false part is the part where the facts are sent down the memory hole such as the fact that a federation of independent states does not give absolute dictatorial powers to One Monopoly Executive Officer and his (or her) minions, over everyone in all the formerly independent States. Example: "Who can deny but the president general will be a king to all intents and purposes, and one of the most dangerous kind too; a king elected to command a standing army? Thus our laws are to be administered by this tyrant; for the whole, or at least the most important part of the executive department is put in his hands." Philadelphiensis IX February 06, 1788 Worse than handing absolute power over every single military capable human being in all the formerly independent States was the move by the Monopolistic "Founders" to give the Executive Monopoly Power the Power to steal anything from anyone who dares to produce anything worth stealing: the power to "tax" (at gunpoint, or sword point) at will, a power to "tax" - extort - each individual human being. Josf-Kelley comments on Aug 13, 2020:
The Conviction Factory, The Collapse of America's Criminal Courts, by Roger Roots Page 40 Private Prosecutors "For decades before and after the Revolution, the adjudication of criminals in America was governed primarily by the rule of private prosecution: (1) victims of serious crimes approached a community grand jury, (2) the grand jury investigated the matter and issued an indictment only if it concluded that a crime should be charged, and (3) the victim himself or his representative (generally an attorney but sometimes a state attorney general) prosecuted the defendant before a petit jury of twelve men. Criminal actions were only a step away from civil actions - the only material difference being that criminal claims ostensibly involved an interest of the public at large as well as the victim. Private prosecutors acted under authority of the people and in the name of the state - but for their own vindication. The very term "prosecutor" meant criminal plaintiff and implied a private person. A government prosecutor was referred to as an attorney general and was a rare phenomenon in criminal cases at the time of the nation's founding. When a private individual prosecuted an action in the name of the state, the attorney general was required to allow the prosecutor to use his name - even if the attorney general himself did not approve of the action. Private prosecution meant that criminal cases were for the most part limited by the need of crime victims for vindication. Crime victims held the keys to a potential defendant's fate and often negotiated the settlement of criminal cases. After a case was initiated in the name of the people, however, private prosecutors were prohibited from withdrawing the action pursuant to private agreement with the defendant. Court intervention was occasionally required to compel injured crime victims to appear against offenders in court and "not to make bargains to allow [defendants] to escape conviction, if they...repair the injury." Page 42 Law Enforcement as a Universal Duty "Law enforcement in the Founders' time was a duty of every citizen. Citizens were expected to be armed and equipped to chase suspects on foot, on horse, or with wagon whenever summoned. And when called upon to enforce the laws of the state, citizens were to respond "not faintly and with lagging steps, but honestly and bravely and with whatever implements and facilities [were] convenient and at hand. Any person could act in the capacity of a constable without being one, and when summoned by a law enforcement officer, a private person became a temporary member of the police department. The law also presumed that any person acting in his public capacity as an officer was rightfully appointed."
QUESTION OF THE DAY Is free will an illusion?

I think that the fundamental difficulty with a paradox (free will or predetermined "free" will) is that the thing in view (a process) is viewed by an error prone (limited) perceiving entity. Language of some sort is used to perceive and often what is perceived (something external to the perceiver) is misperceived due to errors in the transfer of data, and then errors are compounded when one perceiving entity attempts to communicate with another perceiving entity concerning the error prone perception of an external process. One perceiving entity may step out of a specific previous misperception (seeing the error previously "believed") while that same "free" perceiver (free from a specific misperception) can perceive people who remain within that false box of misperception. Example: Henry: "I have the power to do whatever I want whenever I want according to my exclusive desires without any external powers that overpower my free will." Bill: "Can you decide to stop breathing for 10 minutes while running 100 yards in 10 seconds?" Henry: "I can decide to remove that question from my memory." Some people have a vested interest in creating false versions of reality so as to keep people in a box. I think that Plato with the Allegory of the Cave is an example.

“The Five Civilized Tribes were deeply committed to slavery, established their own racialized black codes, immediately reestablished slavery when they arrived in Indian territory, rebuilt their nations with slave labor, crushed slave rebellions, and enthusiastically sided with the Confederacy in the Civil War.” Why would someone see a need to label themselves as being "Civilized?" Is that like a liar claiming that they are not lying? Why does it have to be part of the communication at all? People are individuals. From Wiki: "The original Iroquois League (as the French knew them) or Five Nations (as the British knew them), occupied large areas of present-day New York State up to the St. Lawrence River, west of the Hudson River, and south into northwestern Pennsylvania. From east to west, the League was composed of the Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga, and Seneca nations." I post that to show another claim to fame concerning many people bound into many groups where the glue binding these groups together include many forces, such as survivability. Have you heard about Mourning Wars? Example: "Mourning wars had three primary purposes, each of which helped restore the spiritual vitality of the Iroquois nations. First, mourning wars were fought for vengeance. The raid gave warriors a chance to provide some sense of closure to those who had lost a loved one. In Iroquois cultures, this was a big part of personal psychological and emotional healing after a loss. "Second, mourning wars gave young men a chance to prove themselves as warriors. Since these were raids and not always full battles, these new warriors could distinguish themselves through acts of bravery, rising to replace the warriors who had been killed. This was an important form of social advancement for Iroquois men. "Finally, and most importantly, the fundamental purpose of mourning wars was to abduct members of an enemy tribe as compensation. Occasionally, the matriarch of the clan demanded that these captives be killed in vengeance. That was relatively rare, however. More frequently, the captives were actually adopted by the grieving family members. It was the literal replacement of a lost loved one." https://study.com/academy/lesson/why-did-the-iroquois-fight-mourning-wars.html By the way, who is claiming to be Civil, and therefore an authority on who is not civilized? One might find this: The Cambridge History of Law in America Volume 1 Early America (1580-1815) Edited by Michael Grossberg, Christopher Tomlins "In all previous cases, and in the protracted English attempts to seize parts of northern France, conquest had been justified on the grounds of dynastic inheritance: a claim, that is, based on civil law. Josf-Kelley comments on Aug 8, 2020:
Introduction in my copy of The Prince by Niccolo Machiavelli "Machiavelli's outlook was darkly pessimistic; the one element of St Augustine's thought which he wholeheartedly endorsed was the idea of original sin. As he puts it starkly in the same chapter 18 of The Prince, men are bad. This means that to deal with them as if they were good, honourable or trustworthy is to court disaster. In the Discourses (I,3) the point is repeated: 'all men are bad and are ever ready to display their malignity'. This must be the initial premise of those who play to found a republic. The business of politics is to try and salvage something positive from this unpromising conglomerate, and the aim of the state is to check those anarchic drives which are a constant threat to the common good. This is where The Prince fits into the spectrum of his wider thought: while a republic may be his preferred form of social organization, the crucial business of founding or restoring a state can only be performed by one exceptional individual."

"Anyone who listened to the oral argument could tell how reluctant the judges seemed about issuing a mandamus writ against Judge Sullivan, even if they were convinced that he was wrong on the law." I am going to attempt to show something at work here, something based upon an easy to see principle. At the time of the American revolution the counterfeit Law was exposed as such, and that counterfeit Law was exposed as counterfeit with words that trigger certain emotions. The Divine Right of Kings. The emotions that are being triggered with those words above are emotions born into each individual, transferred to each individual naturally, transferred through genetic instructions: memory. Before the age of The Divine Right of Kings was an age of individual sovereignty born into each individual as a natural right. We, as nature made us, are potentially all Kings with our Divine Rights. We can hold each other to account, as a Divine Right, with our natural laws, and our common laws, laws we share willingly with each other. We can demand to know by what authority someone acts authoritatively. We can reject that authority, based upon the facts that matter in the case. That is old school natural law stuff. Examples abound if you look for them: (MAGNA CARTA.) Care, Henry, ed. English Liberties, Or The Free-Born Subject’s Inheritance: Containing Magna Charta . . . The Habeas Corpus Act, And Several Other Statutes Boston: Printed by J. Franklin, for N. Buttolph, B. Eliot, and D. Henchman, 1721 Notes on Magna Carta "Farther, though it be said here, that the king hath given and granted these liberties, yet it must not be understood that they were meer emanations of Royal favour, or new bounties granted, which the people could not justly challenge, or had not a right unto before; for as lord Coke in divers places asserts, and as is well known to every gentleman professing the law, this charter is, for the most part, only declaratory of the principal grounds of the fundamental laws and liberties of England. Not any new freedom is hereby granted, but a restitution of such as the subject lawfully had before, and to free them from the usurpations and incroachments of every power whatever. It is worthy observation, that this charter often mentions sua jura, their rights, and libertates suas, their liberties, which shews they were before intitled to and possessed them, and that those rights and liberties were by this charter not granted as before unknown, but confirmed, and that in the stile of liberties and privileges long before well known.” We had our common laws before the English Monarchy stole them, counterfeited them, and abuse their criminal powers, which by the way is a LAW: Criminals Abuse Power As A RULE....

Josf-Kelley comments on Aug 7, 2020:
An act of war is a fancy way of rationalizing a whole lot of intended evil soon to be released on a whole lot of innocent people. Those who wish to dominate the dominant groups must destroy all competition, it is a principle upon which the rules of the process are governed. So...with that in mind, will the effort to block the free transfer of information from one dominant group result in more or less competition? "...people scramble to find alternatives..." Josf-Kelley comments on Aug 7, 2020:
Two subjects that are separate, segregated, and apart from each other can be commingled, confused, misrepresented, and used as leverage to overpower innocent people: enslave them, and make them pay the costs associated with enslaving them. Race, the study of, the testing, learning, knowing, race, is a subject having value to some people, so they study race. Subsidized Slavery, the study of, the testing, learning, knowing, Subsidized Slavery, is a subject having value to some people, so they study Subsidized Slavery. Combining the two subjects into one subject, by a process known as deception, whereby the one study is purposefully conflated with the other, separate, study, can be done so as to facilitate the overpowering of the people who are targeted for exploitation by this method of deception. Race A according to the deceivers are inferior, and therefore in need of salvation for their own good. That may be a difficult con job when the deceivers are members of Race A, so...a fictional person is needed to represent the people claiming to be Dominant. An old story line going back a long time as documented at least here: Volume 1 Early America (1580-1815) Edited by Michael Grossberg, Christopher Tomlins "In all previous cases, and in the protracted English attempts to seize parts of northern France, conquest had been justified on the grounds of dynastic inheritance: a claim, that is, based on civil law. In America, however, this claim obviously could not be used. There would seem, therefore, to be no prima facie justification for "conquering", the Indians since they had clearly not given the English grounds for waging war against them. Like the other European powers, therefore, the English turned to rights in natural law, or - more troubling - to justifications based on theology. The Indians were infidels, "barbarians," and English Protestants no less than Spanish Catholics had a duty before God to bring them into the fold and, in the process, to "civilize" them. The first Charter of the Virginia Company (1606) proclaimed that its purpose was to serve in "propagating of Christian religion to such people, [who] as yet live in darkness and miserable ignorance of the true knowledge and worship of God, and may in time bring the infidels and savages living in these parts to humane civility and to a settle and quiet government." In performing this valuable and godly service, the English colonists were replicating what their Roman ancestors had once done for the ancient Britons. The American settlers, argued William Strachey in 1612, were like Roman generals in that they, too, had "reduced the conquered parts of or barbarous Island into provinces and established in them colonies of old soldiers building castles and towns in every ...
So tell me as anti socialists are you for or against the public funding of the police force?
Josf-Kelley comments on Aug 7, 2020:
Since words can be duplicitous (having two meanings, often opposite meanings) the question being asked can have at least 2 answers. The following words are not mine, they are from someone who has published books on the subject of socialism, and so any discredit associated with the use of the word socialism in this context ought to be aimed at the author of the words, not at me personally. “In what great feature are Protestantism, Democracy, and Socialism identical? I will answer this interrogatory first, and demonstrate afterward. Protestantism, Democracy, and Socialism are identical in the assertion of the Supremacy of the Individual, - a dogma essentially contumacious, reovlutionary, and antagonistic to the basis principles of all the older institutions of society, which make the Individual subordinate ans subject to the Church, to the State, and to Society respectively. Not only is this supremacy or SOVEREIGNTY OF THE INDIVIDUAL a common element of all three of these great movements, but I will make the still more sweeping assertion that it is substantially the whole of those movements. It is not merely a feature, as I have just denominated it, but the living soul itself, the vital energy, the integral essence or the being of them all.” Steven Pearl Andrews, The Science of Society, 1888 So the question asked is likely to be asked from a different meaning for the word socialist. The question being asked: "So tell me as anti socialists are you for or against the public funding of the police force?" Rephrasing the question in both possible meanings: 1. So tell me as anti (sovereignty of the individual) socialists are you for or against the public funding of the police force? 2. So tell me as anti (modern, opposite, counterfeited, meaning for) socialists are you for or against the public funding of the police force? Funding of the POLICE, in a "sovereignty of the individual" (individuals are above, not below the STATE) is explained here: The Conviction Factory, The Collapse of America's Criminal Courts, by Roger Roots Page 40 Private Prosecutors "For decades before and after the Revolution, the adjudication of criminals in America was governed primarily by the rule of private prosecution: (1) victims of serious crimes approached a community grand jury, (2) the grand jury investigated the matter and issued an indictment only if it concluded that a crime should be charged, and (3) the victim himself or his representative (generally an attorney but sometimes a state attorney general) prosecuted the defendant before a petit jury of twelve men. Criminal actions were only a step away from civil actions - the only material difference being that criminal claims ostensibly involved an interest of the public at ...

Too many words? If so, then you won't read the following either: "But Hamilton wanted to go farther than debt assumption. He believed a funded national debt would assist in establishing public credit. By funding national debt, Hamilton envisioned the Congress setting aside a portion of tax revenues to pay each year's interest without an annual appropriation. Redemption of the principal would be left to the government's discretion. At the time Hamilton gave his Report on Public Credit, the national debt was $80 million. Though such a large figure shocked many Republicans who saw debt as a menace to be avoided, Hamilton perceived debt's benefits. "In countries in which the national debt is properly funded, and the object of established confidence," explained Hamilton, "it assumes most of the purposes of money." Federal stock would be issued in exchange for state and national debt certificates, with interest on the stock running about 4.5 percent. To Republicans the debt proposals were heresy. The farmers and planters of the South, who were predominantly Republican, owed enormous sums to British creditors and thus had firsthand knowledge of the misery wrought by debt. Debt, as Hamilton himself noted, must be paid or credit is ruined. High levels of taxation, Republicans prognosticated, would be necessary just to pay the interest on the perpetual debt. Believing that this tax burden would fall on the yeoman farmers and eventually rise to European levels, Republicans opposed Hamilton's debt program. "To help pay the interest on the debt, Hamilton convinced the Congress to pass an excise on whiskey. In Federalist N. 12, Hamilton noted that because "[t]he genius of the people will ill brook the inquisitive and peremptory spirit of excise law," such taxes would be little used by the national government. In a Dictatorship (Oligarchy) where those in Power rule arbitrarily and absolutely (while they are in power) those who vote are determined by those in power and those not in power don't vote on who votes. In an area on earth where rule of law works those who vote are those who are juries and the criteria for who is capable of voting on a jury are grounded on moral principles. A criminal found guilty of murdering innocent children would not be capable of voting on a jury in a trial where the suspect is accused of murdering innocent people, of course. Voting in the next dictator through electoral politics is not a good idea, it is anti-democratic, and anti-republican. The Athenian Constitution: Government by Jury and Referendum by Roderick T. Long "The practice of selecting government officials randomly (and the Athenians developed some fairly sophisticated mechanical gadgets to ensure that the selection really was random, and to make cheating extremely difficult) is one of the most distinctive features of the Athenian constitution. We think of electoral politics as the hallmark of democracy; but elections were almost unknown at Athens, because they were considered paradigmatically anti-democratic. Proposals to replace sortition with election were always condemned as moves in the direction of oligarchy. "Why? Well, as the Athenians saw it, under an electoral system no one can obtain political office unless he is already famous: this gives prominent politicians an unfair advantage over the average person. Elections, they thought, favor those wealthy enough to bribe the voters, powerful enough to intimidate the voters, flashy enough to impress the voters, or clever enough to deceive the voters. The most influential political leaders were usually Horsemen anyway, thanks to their social prominence and the political following they could obtain by dispensing largesse among the masses. (One politician, Kimon, won the loyalty of the poor by leaving his fields and orchards unfenced, inviting anyone who was hungry to take whatever he needed.) If seats on the Council had been filled by popular vote, the Horsemen would have disproportionately dominated it — just as, today, Congress is dominated by those who can afford expensive campaigns, either through their own resources or through wealthy cronies. Or, to take a similar example, in the United States women have had the vote for over half a century, and yet, despite being a majority of the population, they represent only a tiny minority of elected officials. Obviously, the persistence of male dominance in the economic and social sphere has translated into women mostly voting for male candidates. The Athenians guessed, probably rightly, that the analogous prestige of the upper classes would ...

Choice 2: Benefit black owned businesses as non-black owned businesses suffer That choice falls into the possible Zero-Sum-Game fallacy, where there is a specific limited number of possible outcomes (evil or lesser evil) when markets are adjusted by one single change. A move of a number of customers from Market A to Market B, by that Zero-Sum-Game Dogma, MUST cause the following result, and no other possible result, such as people find happiness doing what they choose to do, rather than what they are told to do without questioning the orders from above - no other result other than either evil or lesser evil - is possible in that BOX made of falsehood. If there is any creativity, adaptability, or competition to see who is best in their game, those creative, adaptive, or competitive advantages remain within their narrowly defined Criminal Rules. Best at deception wins the criminal competition stabbing each other in the back to the top. Best at threatening other people wins. Best at aggressive violence wins. If there is any cooperating to their Criminal Rules, to gain access to division of labor, specialization, and economies of scale, again those advantages remain within the Criminal Rule Book (a.k.a. their game). Best Organized Crime Mob, Gang, Corporation, Family, Cabal, Cartel, Group able to deceive, threaten, and assault move up into the Dominant Position as lesser power Groups of Criminals are either incorporated into the Dominant Group, Enslaved (controlled) by the Dominant Group, or the lesser power Groups of competitive Criminals are crushed, killed, and made an example to all others as to the fate of those who won't Join the Dominant Group, Obey the Dominant Group, and subject themselves to the Rules Dictated by the Dominant Group. "Ever since the days of Plato and Aristotle, intellectuals have been telling us that their contribution to society is more valuable than that of any other group. Where, Nozick asks, does this sense of entitlement come from? "His answer: it starts at school, where intellectual brilliance is rewarded with praise and good grades. By the time “verbally bright children” graduate from formal education, they have been inculcated with a sense of their greater value in comparison to their less intellectually gifted peers, which then leads them to expect society at large to operate according to the same norms." I think it is much simpler. Criminals, as a rule, do not allow competition. Criminals, as a rule, will either enslave their competition, enjoin the competition (become one, not many), or eliminate their competition by killing it. Criminals are very skilled at doing a few things very well. 1. Deceive 2. Threaten 3. Assault Their rules, their skills, their thoughts and their actions tend toward a Monopoly of Power and Production, where their victims are considered to be CONSUMABLE property. Like rats on a sinking ship of their own making the tendency is to move from a natural order of creativity, productivity, adaptivity, sustainability, and ever higher quality of life at an ever lower cost of living, moving to ONE last RAT on the sinking ship attempting to eliminate the last competitor in the Crime Game that proceeds according to Criminal Rules. Plato was one of the first "intellectual" criminals working to Monopolize Power and Profit through deception, threat, and violence on paper, there were almost certainly many examples before him. Once in power the criminals must destroy free thought, free action, and free markets, as a rule, and to do so they must impose their will upon each successive generation as explained well enough by John Taylor Gatto and his discovery of The Six Purposes of Public (criminal) Schooling. "The Six Purposes of Schooling" - John Taylor Gatto “How can you establish weather someone has successfully developed this automatic reaction, because people have a proclivity when they are given sensible orders to follow? That is not what they want to reach. The only way to measure this is to give stupid orders, and people automatically follow those. Now you have achieved function one.” So "intellectuals" who "hate" and "fear" competition will do whatever is required (lie, threaten, torture, murder) anyone who dares to express free thought, free action, and live in free markets: LIBERTY. If they are "taught" is a school system built for "leaders," then they are taught how to employ Criminal Rules in the Dominant Criminal Organization, that flies a false flag of lawful authority. If, on ...

Starting? It has been an ongoing routine for criminals in fake government to perpetrate obvious crimes with obvious motives and obvious results while they claim that they are helping people. Wear masks, they say, to help people. Wearings masks increase sickness as proven in so many obvious ways for those who care to see the facts that matter in the case. Social distancing, they say, must be done to help people. Isolation increases sickness, again proven in so many obvious, self-evident, ways for those who care to know better from worse. The virus is falsehood, and those infected (blind belief in falsehood without question) are then willfully spreading the virus to an exponentially increasing population of infected people. The cure is a process by which the facts that matter in the case are found, published for public consumption, and reinforced with greater effort to improve the process over time. That process is called The Law. When that fact that matters was known the law was called the common law for common sense, self-evident, reasons. "It is a matter well known, and well understood, that by the laws of our country, every question which affects a man's life, reputation, or property, must be tried by twelve of his peers; and that their unanimous verdict is, alone, competent to determine the fact in issue." That quote is a curious one, published from a Court of Law in America, the person who spoke those words was once a President of the United States of America in Congress Assembled, but people today won't be taught such things in "Schools." "The Six Purposes of Schooling" - John Taylor Gatto “How can you establish weather someone has successfully developed this automatic reaction, because people have a proclivity when they are given sensible orders to follow? When criminals take-over they fill their ranks with fellow criminals. “The Soros-funded prosecutors, not the mayors, are the ones who help release the violent on little or no bond.” When the law returns: The Conviction Factory, The Collapse of America's Criminal Courts, by Roger Roots Page 40 Private Prosecutors "For decades before and after the Revolution, the adjudication of criminals in America was governed primarily by the rule of private prosecution: (1) victims of serious crimes approached a community grand jury, (2) the grand jury investigated the matter and issued an indictment only if it concluded that a crime should be charged, and (3) the victim himself or his representative (generally an attorney but sometimes a state attorney general) prosecuted the defendant before a petit jury of twelve men. How Alexander Hamilton's greatness affected America's institutions- [thefederalist.com]
Josf-Kelley comments on Jul 30, 2020:
I can't go any further in that fluff piece past the following: "Hamilton’s political philosophy has often been misunderstood. He supported a strong national government, but he was no monarchist, later claims of the Jeffersonians notwithstanding." Hamilton was a Central Banking Fraud, a minion of previous Central Banking Frauds like Robert Morris. To nit-pick the better label of the criminal fraud is an obvious obfuscation common to the principles that define crime: Threats (extortion), lies to cover up the threats in "sweet talk" (obfuscation, fraud), and Aggressive Violence when inevitably the first two actions fail to reach the goal. "But Hamilton wanted to go farther than debt assumption. In power, the Secretary of the Treasury soon changed his mind and the tax on the production of whiskey rankled Americans living on the frontier. Cash was scarce in the West and the Frontiersmen used whiskey as an item of barter." "Shrink the government and abolish 90% of these government agencies." A return to law would be a step in that direction. "The question, then, between trial by jury, as thus described, and trial by the government, is simply a question between liberty and despotism. The authority to judge what are the powers of the government, and what the liberties of the people, must necessarily be vested in one or the other of the parties themselves - the government, or the people; because there is no third party to whom it can be entrusted. If the authority be vested in the government, the government is absolute, and the people have no liberties except such as the government sees fit to indulge them with. If, on the other hand, that authority be vested in the people, then the people have all liberties, (as against the government,) except such as substantially the whole people (through a jury) choose to disclaim; and the government can exercise no power except such as substantially the whole people (through a jury) consent that it may exercise." That is from an Essay on The Trial by Jury. Here too: "Congress have as much constitutional right to give over all the functions of the United States government into the hands of the state legislatures, to be exercised within each state in such manner as the legislature of such state shall please to exercise them, as they have to thus give up to these legislatures the selection of juries for the courts of the United States. There has, probably, never been a legal jury, nor a legal trial by jury, in a single court of the United States, since the adoption of the constitution. "These facts show how much reliance can be placed in written constitutions, to control the action of the government, and preserve the liberties of the people. "If the real trial by jury had been preserved in the courts of the United States—that is, if we had had legal juries, and the jurors had known their rights—it is hardly probable that one tenth of the past legislation of Congress would ever have been enacted, or, at least, that, if enacted, it could have been enforced." It was learned a long time ago that giving absolute power to dictators was not good for the givers or the receivers of absolute power. Taking back that power once it is gone is much more costly compared to never giving it up in the first place. Since it is gone, and there is this idea taking hold of some people to get back our power to govern "...the government and abolish 90% of these..." non-government (they are private) agencies, it stands to reason that a method to reach that goal is needed, if the idea continues to be draining the so-called swamp. Once in power, the idea may change, and a new private agency pretending to be the government might ...

"When Did Slavery Start? Hundreds of thousands of Africans, both free and enslaved, aided the establishment and survival of colonies in the Americas and the New World. However, many consider a significant starting point to slavery in America to be 1619, when the privateer The White Lion brought 20 African slaves ashore in the British colony of Jamestown, Virginia. The crew had seized the Africans from the Portugese slave ship Sao Jao Bautista." https://www.history.com/topics/black-history/slavery "Extreme shyness prevented his taking any part in the debates for some time in House of Burgess. His first speech was on a motion: "to lay so heavy a duty on the importation of slaves as effectually to put an end to that iniquitous and disgraceful traffic within the colony of Virginia." On this occasion, his hatred of slavery overcame his timidity and he made a powerful speech supplying the proofs of principal points of view used by the northern Abolitionists through the 1860s." http://theforgottenfounders.com/the-forgotten-fathers/richard-henry-lee/ Thomas Jefferson, A Summary View of the Rights of British America, August 1745 "For the most trifling reasons, and sometimes for no conceivable reason at all, his majesty has rejected laws of the most salutary tendency. The abolition of domestic slavery is the great object of desire in those colonies, where it was unhappily introduced in their infant state. But previous to the enfranchisement of the slaves we have, it is necessary to exclude all further importations from Africa; yet our repeated attempts to effect this by prohibitions, and by imposing duties which might amount to a prohibition, have been hitherto defeated by his majesty’s negative: Thus preferring the immediate advantages of a few African corsairs to the lasting interests of the American states, and to the rights of human nature, deeply wounded by this infamous practice. Nay, the single interposition of an interested individual against a law was scarcely ever known to fail of success, though in the opposite scale were placed the interests of a whole country. "The primary limitation of this paper is the possibility of selection bias, both in terms of the representativeness of the initial panel and potential nonresponse bias." When garbage is fed into a process of logic or reason, what can be expected when the garbage is consumed and then excreted out of the anus? Everyone with a brain would logically and reasonably want to keep all forms of destructive capacity away from psychopaths hell bent on destroying all life they encounter with their black hearts; is that reasonable, logical, defensive, moral, justified, and lawful? That goal is the goal that inspires the formation and maintenance of the power to defend innocent people from guilty criminals: The Law Power. When the criminals take over (such as Marxists/Communists and/or Fascist/Capitalists), they tend to enforce their power to destroy all life that they encounter while anyone not in their Cults are made to work to pay all expenses accrued during the operation of counterfeit government. Josf-Kelley comments on Jul 29, 2020:
"Democracy was constructed in Athens. Modern people have a vision of Athens that would not be recognizable were they Athenians. Athens was a society that functioned solely because of slavery and great inequalities of wealth." That is an interesting twist of information. The Athenians guessed, probably rightly, that the analogous prestige of the upper classes would lead to commoners mostly voting for aristocrats. "That is why the Athenians saw elections as an oligarchical rather than a democratic phenomenon. Above all, the Athenians feared the prospect of government officials forming a privileged class with separate interests of their own. Through reliance on sortition, random selection by lot, the Council could be guaranteed to represent a fair cross-section of the...

Aggressive initiation of violence is what a criminal does, such as someone robbing, raping, kidnapping, torturing, murdering, and mass murdering. Aggressive initiation of violence is perpetuated when victims are deceived into believing that crime is justified when someone pretending to be an authority does it. See for example Stockholm Syndrome. Individual crimes done by a "lone gunman," are limited by the fact that the individual has to perpetrate every crime alone, while organized crime done by many criminals pretending to be a government is practically unlimited as demonstrated by a few well documented examples: Nazi, Bolshevik, Communist China, and Khmer Rouge Regimes with a sum total of Killing Fields that defy accurate accounting, but are estimated to be large percentages of the total population murdered by government, and therefore hundreds of millions of murder victims murdered by fake government, or criminal government. Actual government is also limited as individuals acting alone can only deter, or defend, each attempted aggressive attack or deception employed to perpetuate aggressive attacks, while individuals cooperating in free markets have managed to constitute effective crime deterrent and defense, as a fact that matters in reality. Example: "It was a principle of the Common Law, as it is of the law of nature, and of common sense, that no man can be taxed without his personal consent. The Common Law knew nothing of that system, which now prevails in England, of assuming a man’s own consent to be taxed, because some pretended representative, whom he never authorized to act for him, has taken it upon himself to consent that he may be taxed. That is one of the many frauds on the Common Law, and the English constitution, which have been introduced since Magna Carta. Having finally established itself in England, it has been stupidly and servilely copied and submitted to in the United States. "If the trial by jury were reëstablished, the Common Law principle of taxation would be reëstablished with it; for it is not to be supposed that juries would enforce a tax upon an individual which he had never agreed to pay. Taxation without consent is as plainly robbery, when enforced against one man, as when enforced against millions; and it is not to be imagined that juries could be blind to so self-evident a principle. Taking a man’s money without his consent, is also as much robbery, when it is done by millions of men, acting in concert, and calling themselves a government, as when it is done by a single individual, acting on his own responsibility, and calling himself a highwayman. Neither the numbers engaged in the act, nor the different characters they assume as a cover for the act, alter the nature of the act ...

When the law power is taken-over by criminals, then Trials are no longer reporting the facts that matter, and instead those few people who speak the truth do so as a natural right, despite the obvious consequences for speaking the truth (such as execution in the case above). The law power begins with an accusation, a public notice by a witness of wrongdoing, and the example for that in America WAS a Declaration of Independence. Example: Thomas Jefferson Declaration of Independence "he has waged cruel war against human nature itself, violating it's most sacred rights of life & liberty in the persons of a distant people who never offended him, captivating & carrying them into slavery in another hemisphere, or to incur miserable death in their transportation thither. this piratical warfare, the opprobrium of infidel powers, is the warfare of the CHRISTIAN king of Great...

Lost countless lives to entertain or empower the dominant criminals running the dominant criminal organizations: such as The Federal Reserve (3rd American Corporate Criminal Central Banking Fraud) see: https://usdebtclock.org/ If you spent that money, it could hardly be considered a Failed State for you, having all that power to spend at will, with impunity. If you aided, abetted, financed, paid for, all those expenditures that caused all that fictitious "debt," then failure of "it" is hardly an accurate accounting of "it." It is Organized Crime behind Fake Government, why call it something else?

False accounting charged to the author of the following words: A. Half true: "While I agree with many of the points of the Libertarian party, I can't fully support them due to the policy of open borders." Half true because the author apparently does not understand free markets in cases such as so-called "open borders." Obvious falsehood: "But letting anyone and everyone flood into the US would just create chaos." The Legal Fiction falsehood includes a fiction about magical "borders" that exist only in the minds of Statists who think that because they say so: no one can do what they say is forbidden. Statist Dogma: "No one can do what I forbid, because I say so, and because I am willing to enslave everyone to gain control of sufficent power to eliminate all competition in every single market, until such time as I prove to all that I am the absolute monopoly of power and profit, and "EVERYTHING I SAY EVERYONE MUST DO." Many libertarians (not all) support Free Market Government Services, whereby the people hold every single criminal to account for crimes perpetrated by every single criminal upon every single innocent victim within the boundaries of human capacity to supply to meet that demand: let the competition begin! The idea is to have a place on earth where every runaway slave can find sanctuary and every single criminal knows for certain that crime does not pay in those places where the best, highest quality, and lowest cost law process ensures that crime does not pay, not here, not on our watch. So... Blaming a whole group of people for a misunderstanding of precisely what that group of people is bound together in principle, is a common, half true, false, and more often than not deceptive, process. Why do it? Is your statism so precious that you must destroy the truth to maintain it?

How do you 'talk, writer' to power? There's a group here 'speaking truth to power'.
Josf-Kelley comments on Jul 24, 2020:
The tried and true way is the common law. 1. Accusation delivered to Magistrate (NGO) 2. Formation of a Grand Jury (NGOs) 3. Presentment of a court date 4. Private Prosecutor (accuser/prosecutor/attorney general) 5. Trial Jury Here is your court date, you attend or choose to be a criminal/outlaw/subject to private justice at your own cost. Since the common law predates the general use of written language the process was verbal, then with ubiquitous use of written language the process (law) adapted to Modern Times with such things as affidavits: to defend against those who were crossing their fingers, just kidding, or otherwise making false accusations. Once the law recognizes talking or writing truth to power, abuse of power is effectively deterred: crime in office no longer pays so well. I hope that helps, an example may suffice to illustrate the point: Respublica v. Abraham Carlisle Court of Oyer and Terminer, at Philadelphia September Sessions, 1778 "This was an indictment for High Treason, which was set forth in the following words: 'The Jurors for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, upon their oaths and affirmations, do present, That Abraham Carlisle, late of the city of Philadelphia, in the county of Philadelphia, carpenter; being an inhabitant of and belonging to and residing within the State of Pennsylvania, and under the protection of its laws, and owing allegiance to the same State, as a false traitor against the same, not having the fear of God before his eyes, but being moved and seduced by the instigation of the Devil, the fidelity which to the same State he owed wholly withdrawing, and with all his might intending the peace and tranquillity of this Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to disturb, and war and rebellion against the same to raise and move, and the government and independency thereof, as by law established, to subvert, and to raise again and restore the government and tyranny of the king of Great Britain within the same Commonwealth: On the first day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy eight, and at divers days and times, as well before as after, at the city of Philadelphia, in the county aforesaid, with force and arms, did falsely and traiterously take a commission or commissions from the king of Great Britain, and then and there, with force and arms did falsely and treacherously also take a commission or commissions from general Sir William Howe, then and there acting under the said king of Great Britain, and under the authority of the same king, to wit, a commission to watch over and guard the gates of the city of Philadelphia, by the said Sir William Howe, erected and set up for the purpose of keeping and maintaing the possession of the said city, and of ...

The law is not defined and therefore I cannot assume what is meant by the law. Do you mean the law as a criminal version or the law as a method by which people are held accountable for their actions? One version of law (counterfeit) affects me in an opposite way compared to the genuine version of law.

What is described as Anitbody Immune Enhancement (vaccine injection causes severe illness and death) sounds exactly like the current Wuhan Virus or Global Treasonous Pandemic Fraud, for those people who are getting severely ill and dying. The consensus (junk science) is "we don't know what is causing this." I think that some people know exactly what is causing this, as it is the same cause that causes them to exponentially gain even more power over their victims.
Hi everyone, I have a dilemma/question for all of you.
Josf-Kelley comments on Jul 23, 2020:
Typically a disputed source is either disputed based upon specific measurable (can be tested for validity) errors, or, unspecific measurable (cannot be tested for validity) opinions that are typically opinions about the character of the people being disputed. So two paths: A. Ask for specific reasons why the disputed sources are wrong. B. Attack the character of the trauma therapist with the liberal view and attack the character of the scientists who are right according to the trauma therapist with the liberal view, and in your own mind you can win the argument that way. The liberal with the liberal view may actually offer useful information so as to make an informed decision as to who is right or wrong about very specific things that can be tested for validity.

"But Hamilton wanted to go farther than debt assumption. In power, the Secretary of the Treasury soon changed his mind and the tax on the production of whiskey rankled Americans living on the frontier. Cash was scarce in the West and the Frontiersmen used whiskey as an item of barter." Reclaiming the American Revolution: The Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions and their Legacy by William Watkins "First in the importance of its evil influence they considered the money monopoly, which consists of the privilege given by the government to certain individuals, or to individuals holding certain kinds of property, of issuing the circulating medium, a privilege which is now enforced in this country by a national tax of ten per cent., upon all other persons who attempt to furnish a circulating medium, and by State laws making it a criminal offense to issue notes as currency. "It is claimed that the holders of this privilege control the rate of interest, the rate of rent of houses and buildings, and the prices of goods, – the first directly, and the second and third indirectly. ...
