You cannot feed people from an empty pantry you cannot help people when you have no resources. There is a part of me that I am responsible for, this would be the individualism. By making sure that I don't do things to cause myself to be sick and not becoming a burden on others that would have to take care of me. When I do something to earn money so I can pay for what I need so others won't have to provide it. Setting aside a surpluses so that In times of scarcity I will not be a burden on others. this has nothing to do with being selfish, taking care of myself as an individual is my first responsibility, this must be done so I can help others. When people come into my life that are having problems and I find myself in a position to help them this becomes the "us" part of society where I can contribute to a larger social group. Without being allowed to be an Individual I will be unable to contribute to a society. It is my observation that those that look to others to supply there needs tend to be the most selfish, if you are constantly taking and give nothing then shame on you, the word responsible has to do with your ability to respond. If you are at a point in your life where you should be a response able adult and are not perhaps you need to ask yourself why.

There are other places where speech is censured by privet corporation or people, this is there rite to do so, all papers have an editor that determines what is allowed in the print of that paper, college admins determine what is allowed to be taught in that college, pastors and church councils determine what will be taught at there church. These people are not bound by the first amendment it is not there agreement that they made with anyone, the first amendment only applies to the Federal Government. There is personal liability for what you say though, if you incite a mob of people to do harm to a person or their property you can be held liable for your actions. An approximate cycle of 73 years with a 30 year variant with long cycle short cycle pattern, now find something that has a similar cycle like earths elliptical orbit combined with polar wobble or sun spots cycles then you may be able to find a cause. Those glaciers used to extend to the southern states of North America I for one am glad they have receded. a more useful question would be is what the normal point at which they should exist all things in nature fluctuate between a high and low point this cycle can be yearly, 5 year, or 100 year, a five year study of a 100 year cycle will give false results that is why there is so much bad science with sometimes laughable results.

The eccentric orbit of earth causes a cycle that changes kind of like the old time SpiroGraphs, this cycle combined with the yearly cycle causes extreme changes in temperature depending on how they line up. If the earth is close to the sun during the sumer temperatures will be much higher than normal, you most likely have not heard of this because if you record data for part of this cycle you can show a warming trend or cooling trend to prove your theory.
