Looking for a community beyond the simple Facebook and Twitter-verse. I’m tired of the circus and worry about how the country can recover from such divisive times. It won’t matter who the puppets in office are, we are more divided than ever (or so it seems).

I can’t believe I am paraphrasing Noam Chomsky, but governments work when those governed have a sense of similar values. It’s obvious Americans are not unified in our values and that is frightening.

I consider myself to be a Libertarian but also shudder at the thought of a label defining me. I don’t think a label is fitting in all cases and we are probably wrong for trying to apply cookie cutter labels to complex thoughts and ideas.
