A Convention of States is already so limited by the Constitution that it is almost impossible to convene, and its outcomes among the most difficult things to pass as a convention - on the same scale as the adoption of the Constitution, which only passed by a miracle. Senator Cruz is not quite correct implying that the Constitution itself came out of the Convention of States, which was described and limited by the Constitution, as the Constitution had not yet been written. For one thing, the Confederation of States was so ineffective that it was obvious that something else would be drafted. Unless America wakes up to the emerging Marxist threat that has now infected almost every housewive's thinking, I fear any chance of a Convention of States saving the US has passed. Those same housewives who balance their own household budgets, failed to understand and throw out the Democrats who overextended the US budget so far that they will have brought down the US currency - probably by the next election.
