ok here's my take....
What Tucker is talking about might just be an exercise in putting the shoe on the other foot.
What these people are being asked to do might just be what the Woke see as problems that "black" people face everyday in their ongoing victimhood in the US.
This reminds me of the school exercise by a schoolteacher, who became known for her "Blue eyes/Brown eyes" exercise, Jane Elliott. She promotes the idea that there is only one race in race relations, which is namely the human race. She first conducted her famous exercise for her class on April 5, 1968, the day after Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated. Most people would surely know about this exercise especially schoolteachers and University students.
Elliott is considered to be the forerunner of diversity training, with the "Blue Eyes/Brown Eyes" exercise as the basis of much of what is now called diversity training.
So I can see this in 2 ways... just an exercise based on sharing experiences or if it was more than that, a PC attempt to shame people and an encroachment of human rights.

Lightman, are you suggesting that race is just a social construct? If that’s the case shouldn’t we do away with all racial preferences and groups like The Congressional Black Caucus or The National Association of Black Journalists?

@Andyman nope not me... race is real...
racism is a flawed ideology though

@Lightman I agree that race is real but I’m not sure what you mean by “racism”. Do you believe that people have the right to freedom of association? Is it “racist” if some people choose to segregate themselves from other races?

@Andyman Racism... the belief that one race is superior or inferior to another based on genetics alone...

@Lightman Then I must be a racist because I’ve seen enough studies, done by several different researchers, that sub Saharan Africans are at the absolute bottom of IQ scores. Ashkenazi jews and certain Asian groups were at the top, Caucasian’s are just below that with Hispanics and blacks coming in last respectively. This hardly sounds like the research of “white supremacists”. These were overall studies and of course they don’t reflect individuals in any of the groups who are exceptions. Sub Saharan Africans also were shown to have much higher testosterone levels as well as lower thresholds of impulse control. This could explain the higher crime rates for blacks. I certainly don’t want to be “supreme” over anyone but I think people should be allowed to self segregate into their preferred racial groups if they choose, those who choose to live in racially diverse groups should have that option too. That’s why I think freedom of association is so important.

@Andyman LOL
"IQ scores not accurate marker of intelligence, study shows. ... Researchers have determined in the largest online study on the intelligence quotient (IQ) that results from the test may not exactly show how smart someone is."
IQ scores do not define intelligence that is a myth... some people think money amounts count as self worth some apparently "intelligence" that rather nebulous measurement that does not include cultural or environmental differences.
Worth is not intelligence based nor is superiority. Being academic does not make one superior to another even within races.
Do you actually know what racist is?

@Lightman, why don’t you explain it to me.

@Andyman Racism is the flawed belief that one race is superior or inferior to another based on superficial genetic traits alone. Eg. Skin colour.

@Lightman, It’s a little deeper than just “skin colour” as you put it and we could discuss the merits of the grass huts and nomadic tribes that inhabited sub Saharan Africa versus the castles of Europe in the eighteenth century or the fact that sub Saharan Africans hadn’t even discovered the wheel until Europeans arrived but I’m not going to get into a debate on that with you. I’ve been there and done that and it leads nowhere. Whether it’s a “flawed” belief or not, in America we have the right to associate with whomever we please and forced integration is distasteful to a free people.

@Andyman I know... I said EG...
there is no racial superiority... how do you propose to measure such a thing especially in today's world where races are so intermingled?
You can associate with whomever you like I don't give a toss... I never even mentioned it.

That is absolutely insane. Why are people putting up with this sh_t?? Even worse, agreeing with it.
