Sadly, some Republicans who either are lying about their allegiance, or falsely believe they can not get re-elected on defense of the Constitution, are also not supporters of the Constitution. They will all eventually disappear from the face of Constitutional politics, because either our system will be destroyed by Democrats, or voters will recognize Democrats as the deceivers they are.

makes me ill all of the solemn posthumous blather about how those two were such great members of the legislature. Both of them were dumb as a stump and racist as hell. There are plenty more just like them still in gov't.
We can only hope that whoever takes his seat will have more than 2 brain cells to rub together and won't be a living breathing race card.
But I won't hold my breath for that.
