But that’s precisely the idea. Technocrats and bureaucrats number in the thousands at all levels of government, and their purpose is to create rules and regulations that stymie personal growth and freedom. By spreading small doses of oppression and tyranny across multiple levels and agencies of government, nobody is able to be held accountable.
