Disparate outcomes is NOT evidence of discrimination.
This is a concept alien the Left which believes that if there are more men, or more whites, or more X, it means there was an effort keep women, blacks or -X away from the population of whatever they are measuring.
Occasionally (rarely) it is evidence of discrimination. But JUST the evidence of a disparate population presence is not evidence of discrimination.
Applied Tuesday:
A Trump victory is NOT evidence of bad behavior on the part of Trump (or his supporters). But you won't be able to prove that to the satisfaction of the Left.
If Trump wins Tuesday, it will be because of 'stealing' or 'suppression' or 'interference'. There is literally nothing that could dissuade a liberal from the idea that Trump's victory is illegitimate.

The only way that any measure of outcomes will match any measure of inputs requires a generalized (ideologically constructed) measuring system that can't realistically measure the randomness associated with human behavior.
Not at all. We are talking about “outcomes here”.
If everyone scores the same on a SAT then there is cheating involved. However that is not what I am talking about.
It is much simpler if you stop being racist or sexist for a while. Men and woman earn the same pay for the same work... else all businesses would just hire woman. In NZ anyway... But that is not what I am talking about.
It is as follows:
You have and IQ of 140, you work hard and make right decisions and contribute greatly to society.
I have an IQ of 80, I am very lazy and make the wrong choices all the time and does nothing for the community.
For us to have the same outcomes, we need to discriminate against you and unfairly reward me.
You would naturally exceed, be more successful at business and career, so for me and you to have equal outcomes... we need to somehow limit you, either by severe taxation or limit your business opportunities or restrict your career advancement.
Attempting to help me does not work, or rather it is very inefficient... to achieve equality I just discriminate against you, much easier.
The concept that is so seductive about Marxism, is that it asserts government can make humans behave fairly. No socialist Marxist experiment in history has been able to prove that true, and the cost has been over 100 million human souls dead and three times that tortured, starved and imprisoned. They have to eliminate history to make sure that todays youth stays ignorant of these facts.
Armed with that delusion, it becomes justifiable to dislodge any Constitutionalist by any means necessary, including disavowing a legal election, deception, fraud, intimidation and murder.
And they think conservatives are the bad guys.

They belong to a cult of egalitarianism. Since there can't possibly be group differences then any group differences must be because of discrimination. Even when you point out that Asians have higher incomes than whites they'll claim that whites pay them more to hide their racism.
