But if your still have rights after death, then why don't you have them before you are born?
Should you vote with dementia?
Should you vote at 5?
Should you vote if you cannot obtain legal ID?
Should you vote if you cannot sign a binding contract?

Personally I would have a problem with it, But then again, I'm clearly biased against dead people working in education - Even the brain dead one's I am forced to work with.
Better disqualify myself from this one

How would you know who the dead wants to vote for? Are you a psychic? Are you going to summon the dead to see who they want to vote for? Do you have a crystal ball that tells you the wishes of dead people? I don't think these people wrote in their will the future candidates they want to vote for.
They should only be counted if you are a snake in the grass bottom feeding corner dweller like the Democrats are!
