I know that organic (meeting a s/o in real life) dating has been largely replaced by online dating, but it is also going to be interesting to see if dating, romance, etc. is going to be able to survive beer flu restrictions and the furthering feminist agenda into the future. Any thoughts?

I can't say that I have any confidence in predicting what dating/courtship is going to be like in the coming years, but I will express my own thoughts and feelings on it. I know that it is right and good and life affirming AND personally satisfying/healthful to be in a stable, loving marriage and to have children, but more and more I simply cannot muster any enthusiasm for it. I can't be bothered chasing after women; their standards and demands outweigh their offers of benefit, I can't get excited about sex; it just isn't that good when you don't love your partner and loving a woman is a very dangerous proposition in my experience, not to mention precarious.

I really struggle with this issue. I used to struggle with it in a very different way, but now, I struggle to give a shit. And you know, I'm often disgusted with women.
