@pbuck0145 No, I don't have statistics, but perhaps I can find some. What I'm getting at is that if it is true that more and more people, especially young ones, are leaving their faith, regardless of which religion, it has to do with the modern secular society in which we live in.

And you're partially right. But it's more thanks to "the Internet, where religions come to die" (quoting Thunderf00t). Fast and easy access to information and many of what was deliberately hidden from the public is now easily researchable.
