The Covid disaster taught one lesson: medical care is much more effective under a public domain rather than free market capitalism. Free market competition works fine for cars and shit. But public health is not a choice - it can make or break the economy. We should each be responsible to fund public healthcare. Hell, that makes more sense than my taxes paying a bunch of guys to pave a road that doesn’t even need paving. Extreme greed always bites in the end
Ah yes, that old chestnut universal free healthcare. I hate to bust your bubble, but nothing is free. There's no such thing as a free lunch, or as in this case, free healthcare. Cuba has free healthcare, so have some Scandanavian countries. No comment needed about the former, and the latter's taxation would make your eyes water.
