I'll likely be getting the COVID vaccine this week or the next.
I'm still not 0% on it but I'll take it anyway.
Working in radiation oncology, I know full well that everything in medicine is a risk/reward equation, where the rewards of doing something dangerous (radiation, vaccine) outweighs the risk of complications (radiocarcinogenesis, side effects).

Anyone else in line or taken the vaccine yet?

You're my hero man! Not everyone has the courage to be a guinea pig, I sure don't, so won't be taking that vaccine anytime soon-

Let me know how it goes should you follow through on getting that vaccine.

Nope. Not taking it.

Not planning on getting the vaccine. What do you think of mRNA vaccines and the unknown risk of changing your own DNA?

@TheMiddleWay Are you sure about that? I've read different conclusions. But, it's difficult for me, a non-scientist to know who to trust or believe anymore. Be careful

@TheMiddleWay OK, Thanks. Nothing to worry about then. Still, be careful.
