@Stratslinger They sure made them reliable back in that time period.
Cannot agree with you on this one, a friend of mine i roomed with was a Ford guy but we still both laugh at the phrase: at Ford quality is job one. He had an LTD that saw more time in the shop than out and that is no lie.
@lnmitzel My experience with Fords has not been the same as yours then. My dad had his Mustang for 24 years with minimal issues.
