Hey people....if you post a link, how about adding something about what MIGHT BE THERE....I hate spending time looking at a video I don't care about just because I don't know what it is about....so I DON'T.

There are hundreds of competing posts asking me to invest my time, the one that gives me enough information to gain my interest, wins. Somebody posting a link, thinking it will make me click on it to find out what it is, will only make me pass it by just like the other 358 posts just like it I see every day. I bet 99.9% of those links with no information is just crap anyway.

I also like to have more information generally. When I post a link, if the link itself doesn't say what it is about, I try to at least give a very brief indication of what it is about. And I also tend to ignore links with no such indication.

Just adding a teaser sometimes is enough?

Not for some, certainly not for me.

@tracycoyle Point taken. I always try to add some information about a link.

I agree and ignore Post with no subject information, just like commercials during any other show.
