What is meant by "God" ?

I think of a creative force, or energy that essentially spawned the universe. Based on that definition, and the fact that we are all here...God does exist.

Of course, if you believe that we are all living in a collective simulation....that begs the question of whether or not the universe actually exists. God would therefore not be needed to create the universe.

However, believing that means rejecting almost all modern science, since nothing physical would exist, it would be all part of our collective illusion. Then again...who created the illusion?
