I’m fairly certain that after Biden’s first press conference, the administration conducted a poll to monitor the public’s reaction. I expect that they’ll continue to do such polling after his future speeches, press conferences and public appearances. At some future point, the percentage of the population that believes Biden to be mentally incapable of holding the office will reach a critical mass, or tipping point. Then and only then will the effort be made internally to ease him out. I expect he will be encouraged to resign, and that he will in fact do so, to avoid any sticky issues associated with the exercise of the 25th Amendment.
