really? I rec'd a $600 dollar deposit several weeks ago and I'm I'm almost 70 years old. Besides, that measly 600 bucks isn't nearly enough money to make any kind of meaningful impact on anybody - not really. Put it this way. If you're in a spot where a one time $600 check from the gov't is badly "needed" then you're in a financial fix where nothing short of winning the lottery would help you. Gov't is NOT your friend and that $600 is more than offset by the increase in cost of living (devalued dollar) that is the inevitable result for such gov't schemes.
If I thought it would help in any meaningful way I would gladly return that $600 from whence it came and then I would tell the damn gov't to stop playing games with the economy.
